Beautifully performed, Mateja! 💖⚘ And congratulations to Gašper for his lovely, original composition. I have lost count of how many times I have listened to it since last Wednesday. P.s.: Thank you for also posting his original Slovene lyrics as well as the English translation. 😊👍
Good morning, draga moj... 💖
When the morning dawned (Ko se je porajalo jutro) When the morning dawned and there was pure dew on the grass, (Ko se je porajalo jutro in je bila čista rosa na travi,) our love was like pure dew on the grass. (je bila najina ljubezen kakor čista rosa na travi.) When the day was ripe and the sun was high in the sky, (Ko je dan dozorel in je bilo sonce visoko na nebu,) our love was like the sun high in the sky. (je bila najina ljubezen kakor sonce, visoko na nebu.) As evening approached and the day slowly faded away, (Ko se je bližal večer in se je dan počasi izgubljal,) our love was like a day slowly fading, fading. (je bila najina ljubezen kakor dan, ki se počasi izgublja, izgublja.)
wow wow wow !!!!
You played and sing this with so much passion 🥰 thank you for sharing this! Just subscribed to your channel ✨
Thank you so much! ☺
You are so amazing😍 multitalented👍❤️
Thank you!! ☺
Izjemno lepa izvedba, bravo! ❤️❤️❤️
Hvala, Darja! ☺
Beautifully performed, Mateja. I'm enjoying listening and watching, over and over, with my morning coffee. Thank you, my dear. 🌹💖 Is it snowing yet, in Kranj?
Thank you, Conrad! 😊 Yes, it did snow here just yesterday for the first time in this season. 😄 There is not so much snow, but just enough to feel the winter atmosphere. 🙂
@matejagrasic6488 And I would suppose that the Alps are snow-covered now, as well. I miss that beauty, living here. When I lived in Southern California in the 1970s and '80s, the San Gabriel mountains, with peaks above 10,000 feet MSL were as beautiful as the Alps during the winter months. And where I was living, right at the base of the mountains, outdoor temperatures could be in the 60s or 70s (F), and I could drive up to a beautiful restaurant and bar on Mt. Baldy, a 20 minute drive, and there would be 2 or 3 feet of snow on the ground. 💖😊🏔 P.s.: I'm still listening to "Love of My Life", as I am writing this.
Yes, the Alps are covered in snow now, it is a beautiful sight. 🙂 It also sounds very nice where you lived before. 😄
@matejagrasic6488 Yes, it was. I will send you a photo on Messenger to show you. 😊💖
Amazing. You totally nailed the mood
the best version of this Muse classic by far.
Thanks so much, I'm honoured. 😊
So beautiful
more emotions, more personality, honest opinion
impresionante interpretación, bellísimo!

Incredible performance 🔥
Thanks a lot! 😄
I like her singing ,too.
This is extraordinary. I post piano content myself and it’s always an honour to see other musicians play different styles of music. Spectacular performance! Keep it up 👍🏾
Thanks so much! 😊
@@matejagrasic6488 No problem. Always gotta support other music content creators like myself. You’ve given me some inspiration for my own channel so thanks

Played with such passion and emotion. You connect to your instrument incredibly well.
Marvellously performed Mateja.
Thank you! ☺
@@matejagrasic6488 I would absolutely love your take on one of my compositions!
@@LaurentSault I would love to try 😄 I listened to all of your compositions on your YT channel and you are doing a great job! My personal favourites are Nocturne no. 1 in G Major, Romance no. 1 in B Major, Rhapsody no. 2 in B Flat Major, Serenade no. 2 in E Major and Serenade no. 3 in B Major.
@@matejagrasic6488 I am genuinely honoured you would devote your time to them. Please keep up the fantastic content - you have a beautiful piano and you play it tremendously well.
Wow, that was incredible! You play very beautifully.
Thank you so much! ☺
Absolutely lovely, Mateja! 💖😊 I have loved watching and listening to Maruša and Marjan's recording of "The Swan" for years, and have been hoping that you would one day record it as a solo. So what a wonderful surprise, finding your beautiful performance of it waiting for me on a lovely Sunday morning here. Thank you! I'm wondering if this is your personal arrangement of it or, perhaps, Gašper's? It is perfect. I know that you must be busy with field work, now that summer is in full swing. But thank you for taking time to record this beautiful performance. 💖🌹
poo
@@uhavveribiggay8721 Is that a comment?
Thank you, Conrad! 😊 It is neither my arrangement nor Gašper's - I found it on the internet and it does not say whose exactly it is... but it is beautiful. 😄
@@matejagrasic6488 I agree. It is absolutely lovely. You made my Sunday much brighter, draga moj. 💖😊
@@matejagrasic6488 do you mind sending the link where you found the arrangement please? thank you!
Beautifully performed, Mateja. 😑💖 And what a nice birthday (plus 1) surprise. Thank you. 🌹

Bravissima Mateja 😊
Grazie! ☺
P.s.: Of course, I have known Mister Bach's lovely Adagio for many decades, and played it pretty well when I was young... although, I think, not as beautifully as you do. 😌 But I had to look up it's connection to the film "The Fabelmans". I have not been much of a "movie-goer" for many, many years, but it appears that, here, I have missed a superb one. Steven Spielberg has never, my opinion, put a foot wrong with his filmmaking. And I'm sure that he put his heart and soul into this one, with the screenplay written by his sister Anne, about their family and his early ventures into the filmmaking business. And the fact that he chose this piece by Mister Bach says a lot about the strong emotion he put into this film. So I will now need to set aside a couple hours to watch it this weekend. And, of course, I will be thinking of you when I hear this lovely work of "the Master". Hvala, draga moja. 😌🌷
What a great way to start my day, Mateja... with Mister Bach's beautiful Adagio, and with you at the piano. Thank you, my dear. 😌💖
Bravo 😃
J'adore ... bravo 😀👍
Lepo!
Beatiful thank you for this wonderful piece!
Thank you! 😊
And you are always shining..😊
one of my favorite songs to play; there are so many different interpretations of it; I love em all
Unique interpretation, keep it up ❤ For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.❤
Piano truly is the key to my heart. ❤
Predvidevam, da po tej senzaciji, gradiš v novih vodah? hahhahah :) lepo lepo :)

wow! you're very talented!
Thank you!! ☺
500 ogledov? Ne vem a bi se smejal ali jokal. Ob tem posnetku me je minilo da bi se ukvarjal z glasbo ljubiteljsko. Wow. Upam da se kaj od vas najdem na yt.
Mateja is not difficult to find on her YT channel, if you know where to look, and is at Least a concert-quality classical pianist who plays for her love of the music and the piano, of which she is an absolute master (in my opinion), but will never perform as a "professional" pianist. And as much as I admire Lang Lang as a regular guy and as a pianist, not every pianist has to follow his style. And you are Very fortunate to have discovered her channel. 😌💖
Great reply! I agree with everything you wrote.
Sensational ❤🎉
Wow, Mateja! One of the more difficult pieces that you've ever learned, I would guess. And it's impossible to go wrong with anything composed by Mister Chopin. His Étude Op. 10 is absolutely beautiful. Thank you. 😊💖
❤ sehr schön gespielt ❤
Magnifique!
You have really made my morning wonderful, Mateja. 😊💖 I also played Mister Debussy's lovely Rêverie quite well, many decades ago, and now you've inspired me to learn it again. Thank you. The piano seems to have a more beautiful and richer sound than I remember from past recordings. Have you installed a different microphone or other equipment? I hope that you are staying warm in mid-winter Kranj. We have had our share of miserable weather here, too, but thankfully, not freezing cold. 😩🌧
I am glad that I inspired you with this piece! 😊 Actually, I recorded this piece like I always used to - only using my cell phone, however, now I do use an external microphone when I play and sing at the same time. 🙂 It was quite cold here in the beginning of this week, but the temperatures have now risen considerably, so luckily it is not freezing cold anymore. 🙂
This is really beautiful!
Thank you so much!
