    45:43 You had ‘misgivings’. Misgivings! Have you read the Coronavirus Act that gave the government powers to detain someone just on the suspicion of being infected? That lady who asked the question was right to frame it as she did. The Coronavirus Act gave unprecedented powers to the unelected government and their ‘advisors’ whose sole agenda has been the utter destruction of the United Kingdom. Where were you when all forms of abuse known to man happened? People deprived of their liberty and other fundamental human rights. Your country destroyed. Your people being used as lab rats. The most vulnerable locked in understaffed care homes, injected by force or ‘in their best interest’, being subject to automatic Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation decisions. Someone explain to me how the Court of Protection deemed those things to be in the people’s best interest! 🔥 What bodily autonomy? What protection from torture? What right to life? Gone. All gone. Whilst you and the other criminals kept quiet. I would even understand the weasels in the government, the cowards in the MI5/6, the Police, the business sector to be spineless animals. But you?! You, who should have upheld the rule of Law when your country needed it and you most- what have you done? In times of crisis, when everything falls and people are confused and frightened, what to give them hope if not the Law that is meant to protect them? You betrayed them. You do not have the right to call yourself a man of Law. You are a criminal, and if I could, I would personally withdraw your ‘Judge’ title. You do not deserve it. Tell your colleague, Mrs Hale, that she is the very person who made me lose faith in humankind. She, who said ‘a gilded cage is still a cage’ referring to the right of people not to be deprived of their liberty- what did she do? What a cynical joke! Tell her this from me- ‘Shame on you. You are a hypocritical puppet and you never really cared about people and their rights. You do not have the right to call yourself a Judge’. Tell her that from me. Shame on you. Shame on you. Shame on you. 🫵🏻🔥

    22:54 'Clearly livestock are an absolutely integral part of wilding'. This is such an irritating conflation between natural grazing by wild herbivores (or proxies) with livestock farming. The two are not the same. Livestock farming is not integral to rewilding, it's the largest obstacle to it.

      @@Stotteh yes, so they both are in favour. But I haven't heard the case for it and am intrigued to hear the arguments they'd put forward. As far as turning up just to spoil the ballet paper goes, what a waste of time that is.

How she draws life and breath to her thoughts and puts into words was exhilarating, what a journey, what courage and what an understanding of life itself, I walked the trail with her and Moth and loved every minute though I am emotionally exhausted. Thank you Raynor, I believe you have given me a lift in life, I hope to write a book about my son who died of Cancer but his story is special very much like your story one of grit determination giving hope and belief to all around, I just hope I can do it justice, if I can get any where near to the excellence of her writing I will be so pleased. George and Greta Thunberg show the way. They eat a fully plant based diet. Going vegan is the single most effective way for each of us to minimize our environmental footprint. "According to the most comprehensive analysis of farming’s impact on the planet, plant-based food is most effective at combatting climate change. Oxford University researcher Joseph Poore, who led the study, said adopting a vegan diet is “the single biggest way to reduce your impact on planet Earth.” “A vegan diet is probably the single biggest way to reduce your impact on planet Earth, not just greenhouse gases, but global acidification, eutrophication, land use and water use.”. -Joseph Poore, Environmental Science Researcher, University of Oxford. Joseph Poore switched to a plant based diet after seeing the results of the study. Links at my channel under "About.

    The protein flour George mentioned will be very helpful, but meat eaters will not be satisfied with it. Clean, cultured meat produced with lab technology, along with dairy alternatives from precision fermentation at a similar cost to what they replace might just do the trick. These three plus plant based animal product alternatives all will help to end animal agriculture as we know it.

    Agree 100% that the core problem is money in politics. So our first step has to be to outlaw vested interests from financing the election campaigns of politicians, making them rich while in office (insider trading??) and giving them sweet jobs when they leave office. Politics must be financed from the exchequer. Anything else is false economy.

We HAVE to change everything to prevent the inevitable... to paraphrase George Monbiot here: Waiting for governments and big business that made this situation the way it is is pointless - they prove themselves incapable of making change ... @@someguy2135 When I read Monbiot's columns and watched his video lectures I agree with much of what he says, but on Twitter, specifically in his uneducated attacks on Alan Savory who is trying to save land and reforest areas to bring back nature - Monbiot ... to me anyway ... seems like a major jerk, and he has gone way down in my estimation to where I stopped following him. Savory's thesis is that the rich diversity of nature was a symbiotic development between plants and animals - specifically the plants take in nutrients from the rocks and soil and air, and then animals, the grazing animals would eat the plants and poop out more and richer soil in more places, instead of just in one place, and the eco-system expands, and both plants and animals evolve. In that way an insulating layer is grown between the geological and the biological ( this is my own interpretation ) and Monbiot just insults and opposes Savory - without any reasoning or expertise, in very insulting and irrelevant terms. I quite dislike the guy now.

    • @someguy2135
      @someguy2135 Год назад

      @@justgivemethetruth I favor ending animal agriculture and giving a kick start to restore the balance of nature as part of the rewilding process. As with his advocacy of returning wolves, I am sure he would be in favor of returning (for example) American Bison to the American plains once the replacement of animal agriculture allows us to free up 75% of the land now used for food production. Savory's methods of reducing the impact of cattle only work for a short time. Once the soil in a given area gets saturated with carbon, it can no longer be used for grazing under his system. I could cite many credible debunks of his claims.
