I have found your suggestions to be on point. Not only that, but you get to the subject matter very quickly. Thank you for posting these videos. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge and experience. Also, the low key manner in which you teach is key. Calm, relaxed, confident, and to the point. I’ve been struggling with post-op depression, anxiety, lack of sleep, along with the pain and stiffness. I’m seeing improvement at 5 weeks. I’m surprised at how much of a struggle it is to gain range of motion back. I wrote a gratitude list today to shift my thinking from hopelessness to something positive. I’m headed outside now to absorb some sunlight. Thank you for helping me Brando. Peace, Kevin from Reno, NV.

If the usa weren't so afraid of helping patients with pain control for two months, they'd be able to move better faster and sleep and have less anxiety and tears

Hello Jennifer! I think the medical culture in the US places less emphasis on addressing patient’s anxiety about recovery from a total knee replacement. A client of mine received manipulation under anesthesia just recently because she couldn’t get a handle on moving her knee enough due to the pain. I’m so sorry you’ve been having a tough time with your recovery. ❤️‍🩹 Unfortunately, the pain is going to be there. Let me know if there’s anything you’d like to know more about to help yourself recover!
