I ask questions about the founders/builders and how they overcame these accomplishments with horses, buggies, slaves, immigrants, candles, hammers, and chisels.

The West Hill Dam in Uxbridge Massachusetts was built in 1961. It is built inferior to other dams like the Sudbury, Wachusett, Ashland, and Hopkinton dams in the local area. Which were all built 70-90 years earlier.

The floods of 1955 are the reason for many dams in the area: The flooding was caused by the rains from two hurricanes, Hurricane Connie and Hurricane Diane. On August 11, Hurricane Connie swept through the East Coast-missing Connecticut but bringing about 4 to 6 inches of rainfall to the state on August 13. Hurricane Diane came through the following week. The path of Hurricane Diane came closer to Connecticut, after soaking up waters from the Atlantic Ocean. Once the hurricane reached the coast of Long Island, it dumped an additional 13 to 20 inches of rain on Connecticut over a two-day period. The heavy rains on already-saturated ground made several rivers in the region begin to overflow. Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island experienced flooding, but Connecticut was hardest hit in New England. New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania were also hit by flooding caused by the two hurricanes. Two months later, another storm brought an additional 12 to 14 inches of rain to New England-hitting some communities that had been affected by the August floods, and others that had escaped. The rains poured down for much of the day Thursday, August 18, starting at about 3:00 AM. By 11:00 PM, the Shepaug River and brooks in the western portion of the state had begun to overflow their banks. In Waterbury, the water reached an estimated 35 feet in places, and was reported to have moved at rates up to 50 miles per hour. While major rivers, such as the Connecticut River, had flood control measures in place, smaller rivers and brooks did not. That is where the major damage occurred. The Housatonic River in Western Connecticut reached 24.50 feet-its highest levels until October 1955, when it again reached 24.50 feet. On noon of August 20, 1955, President Eisenhower declared Connecticut a "major disaster area".
Diane was undoubtedly a rain producer. After all, Wikipedia says so. The average age of dams in Massachusetts is over 100 years. Wachusett, Sudbury, Ashland, Hopkinton, and many others were all supposedly completed before 1900. We will argue these dams are much older and were founded. WW1, depression, WW2 all events played out on the radio. Ai was invented to slow the groundswell of folks who are waking up.

Remember i told you that my great great great grandpa invented star bullets that slice thru stone? Well his first try was shotgun shells but they always got stuck and couldnt quite pierce stone. I think you found his old practice wall. It fell over.
You do realise the shotgun shell stays and its shot weather its buckshot or birdshot etc. is what is fired. Dont tell me you think the whole shell flies out the damb shotgun.....

Hello from next state over in Saratoga Springs NY. You're looking at melted red brick buildings. The Science is Meltology. Not giant trees. ...not saying there weren't any in the old World before the unrecorded x factor electrical cataclysm event and flood. The evidence is everywhere. Mountains are all melted buildings and building ash. Everything here was miles high perfect brick, mortar and concrete. Mike

I think that maybe it was a former fort, or some other military related structure. Just a guess, though. There should be some information about the history of it at the City Hall or library there.
