There isn't a "foil" version of the Special Forces. Sure, PSA will label some "foil" however PSA does the PSA thing and will label ones with the lines as "foil" and ones without the lines as "foil" also. The ones without the lines are most likely a printing error. There is nothing in the packaging from that year that indicates there is a parallel of the Special Forces to chase. Having said that, I still want to find a copy without the lines for my collection.

Love the content and grading is surely fun! However, the ones that you know are 'beat up' don't seem worth even grading and would do better raw; why do you send them?

The problem these days is PSA is giving out low grades as they are comparing 90s cards with modern cards. You will never get a 10 ever again. Back in the day, there was nothing to contrast the 90s cards, hence higher grades back in the day

Fantastic interview. Fine art dealer is a great way to describe someone dealing with cardboard from the latter half of the 90s. I’m finding myself gravitating more and more to that 96-00 time period when adding to the baseball collection. That Frank Thomas Credentials 🤩!

Great copy of that Larger Than Life. Awesome card and tough grade with the chipping. Love the Super Boss too. Do you send almost every low/mid level MJ insert you come across trying to spin the PSA wheel? Quite a few rough ones there.

As always, great content Cajun. But the person that has tunnel vision is Jeremy. He’s bitter he sold all his PSA 10 Jordan’s and his association to TAG grading is the reason he now has his negative views towards PSA and their 10 grades. He wasn’t complaining when he had his PSA 10 Platinum Portraits. And it was very disappointing and a complete oversight that no one mentioned anything about PSA’s money back guarantee in the event a card is overgraded, altered or fake. It’s an insurance policy and the biggest reason sophisticated collectors purchase PSA graded cards. The ignorant and misinformed don’t understand PSA’s business model and the service they are actually providing. It’s probably good for the hobby that Jeremy sticks with hockey and his unlicensed auto memorabilia. 😉

At 11:26, I think that Hoops base card is among the last cards of Jordan that has his career stats from start until that issue. After that year, I think there was no more space to print everything. Correct me if I'm wrong on that. I recall I enjoyed that base card by looking and thinking about his yearly career stats and average. A friend who didn't collect cards but is a fan of Jordan asked for that base card. Thanks.

Damn.. your fingers would grade a 2 or 3 lol. This is by far the best lot in the bunch and i am very jealous. I send in groups of 20 or less if i can nowadays plus with PSA new rule they max out each card and insurance is way too much. If you send a group of 50 cards at a max of $500 value the return shipping is gonna break the bank.

I collect Michael Jordan in CCG slabs. Not csg but definitely CGC new slabs. By far the best looking slabs in the game

I use a small thin heavy tack lint roller that you can get at the dollar store and I do the same method but the difference is I don’t need to stop just continue the roll and the film comes right off..but definitely across the card is the way to go.

You just cannot quantify the killer instincts, competitiveness, and relentless drive that MJ and Kobe had. Sure Lebron is better. I would still never take him before Kobe or Jordan.

Cajun - love your videos, keep up the good work. I grade a lot of MJ as well. I must say, one thing I’ve learned is not to submit ultra modern along with MJ. Amongst each other, some MJ cards will look gem. However, against 2023 Bellingham crispy shininess they don’t look gem. It’s still a human grading. I tend to seperate around 2000 and above. Anything 80’s & 90’s only submit those cards. Food for thought. Keep up the good work
