I grew up with friends who didn't share my passion for sports and no access to a gym. The strength and conditioning world just started opening up to high school athletes for those who had a good amount extra money to afford it. I don't believe money should be a limiting factor on your ability to get strength and conditioning training. Using the Train Heroic app to plan a full body workout
