I have been in a huge crash since Christmas. I always get worse after the holidays from over-doing it but this year it is unrelenting and severe. I turned 50 this year and I'm thinking that the crazy hormones of perimenopause may be to blame for the severity of my crash. I've really been focusing on improving diet, pacing etc but nothing has helped so hormones is the only uncontrolled variable I can think of. Its always such a mystery what is going on in my body! Ha ha! I just am so happy to hear a fellow ME/CFS sufferer is doing well. Your remission continues to give me hope. 😁

Ive been fascinated by Aphantasia for a few years since I first heard about it. How cool that you have it! I find it so hard to imagine NOT seeing pictures in my head. I'm also amazed that there are people without an internal monolog so they don't hear words in their heads when they think. I can't even imagine how thought is possible without my voice in my head! The brain is so complex and interesting!

@@missingseven8004 Yes, its like a conversation inside my head. For example, if I'm trying to decide what to eat, inside my head will be a monologs something like this...."hmm.....what do I feel like eating? I should eat a salad but really feel like eating a piece of cake. BUT salad would be the healthy choice. Ok.... I'll eat the salad." Its just like the ideal of SEEING an apple inside your head but with hearing words instead. Thats why they call it your inner voice. If this sounds crazy to you perhaps you are also without an inner monolgue. Fasscinating!

I have neuralgia after my shingles so I’m hoping this will help me. I’ve ordered a bottle and fingers crossed. Can you post a link to the supplement you take?

I can’t recommend products but I use GNC alpha lipoid acid with ALA. They come together in one pill.

Thanks for this video. Can you advise when is best for me to take my heart rate in the morning? I basically sit up to say 20 degrees, take my medication Midodrine and Ivabradine and water/electrolytes then probably wait 10mins before I sit to 45 degrees. Wait a bit longer then I stand up. Do you suggest I take my heart rate when I first sit up to 20 degrees? As if I waited until after my medication/water when I stand up it may not show how bad my body is suffering that day if it makes sense? But then I often need to stand for the pots to really show. Often the minute I sit up the heart rate will quickly spike but then settle back down again. What did your doctor advise? I do have an Apple Watch and wear an Oura ring which gives me my HRV but I don’t wear the ring all day to truly show me what’s going on but I do wear my watch all day. TIA. x

Sorry to hear, I can’t advise since I am not a doctor, I did it as soon as I woke up and sometimes after. If I have moved around I waited 5 min for HR to settle back down. So was faster to me to do before I moved so I didn’t have to wait again for HR to settle down. At first I was more rigid. After you do it a lot you learn to read your numbers and know what you expect to see. So the least variables ones have to begin with the better, then as you learn is not as important, like I knew sitting I would have 5more bPM than when I laid down. Drs were never to answer me how the Hr worked once on meds ( all the guy say was not a linear relationship). So if in meds your HR goes down 10BPM does not mean you have 10BPM more of AT.
