Vaer watches are tools that the founders dress up in particular ways to satisfy niches and/or use cases. Literally why watches were created in the first place. The modern watch community prefers their watches to be jewelry first, useful second, which is why there are idiot comments to this video, which should be ignored. 30atm don‘t need to be bulky and „special“. The Nomos Club Sport Neomatik 42 for example 10,2mm thick 30atm and a glass bottom 😄

I understand the need to be conservative, but in the past 30 years, I’ve swam, showered, hot tubbed, windsurfed with numerous 30 m watches, never a leak.

I just received my new c5 in black, today. I just changed the rubber strap it came on, to the nylon strap. When taking off the nylon strap the quick release tab/knob broke off and now I can’t get the nylon strap off, so I can put the ss bracelet on. What should I do? I don’t want to ruin my new strap. Well, I had to cut the strap where the quick release spring bar is and then cut the spring bar to get it out of the lug holes. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I’m old as well. Fortunately I’m usually asleep between those hours. AM or PM, doesn’t matter.

VAER is the shit. Mine comes in next week. I wish they were all Swiss Made though. American Assembled is a nice way of saying made in China. I have been searching for MONTHS for a watch, and settled on this. Best bang for the buck. If this model was Swiss made I would have payed $900-1000 for it.

Please confirm if you sell any watches that are automatic and water resistant. I am new to watches and want an everyday watch that is almost always on me weather it’s the office, gym, pool or the mountains & beach

pretty insane how difficult vaer makes it to simply wear their watches. took me over an hour just to get the stainless steel band, and now I am unable to get the micro adjuster spring back into place. insane stuff here.
