Eh mate?? You ran it in lane 2???? So technically you ran 1630.68m 😅 and thats if you stayed in lane 2, seems like you drifted out into lane 3 aswell. So you have basically soiled yourself and looked stupid doing it. 😂😂 footballers....

So true. Just put sit back put on just a little pressure and look for an opening
Holding especially allows for your teammates to come back to help if needed. You can also shape your body to direct them in a way you want them to go ie: pushing them out wide or onto their weaker foot if they're looking the shoot
