Small bothy and the possibility of six strangers stuffed in there farting the place out over night does not inspire me. The back-up tent would be used without hesitation. Bothys were great when their location was discreet .

Just a thought, if you make your toggles out of fat wood they're not only waterproof but can double up as an emergency fire starter. You don't need much so you still retain your toggle.

New viewer here. For what it's worth, I prefer unpolished videography. Feels more realistic to what most of us will experience in the woods. Like an old axe, don't let a little rust lead you to believe that the tool isn't as useful as it always was.
