If you are at Silver or above with the hotels then the cost difference gets much bigger!! If you can get mag greens without the transport then the cost is much more manageable. Harder to secure in those sales though.

Only when you are checking in for your GJ package. Whether that’s at the hotel or before one of the transport options. After that you just scan your wristband for entry each day… I would still bring ID everyday just incase you lose your bracelet. You’ll need ID to get a replacement.

Haha the liquor stores had some decent boxed red wine for a reasonable price. Better for a road trip so you don’t break any bottles when in transit!!

@theslowtraveler2047 unlike other countries we do have to yield(rechtvortrict) for right side motorists on some roads mainly in residential areas. I have seen some accidents mainly from tourist. Staying on right lane on highway. Hope it helps.

I have not visited in April but I think it would be the perfect time to go. You would be in between the more extreme seasons, you’ll get more darkness at night, probably see some nice snow in the mountain areas but still get warm sun in the day.

Fair comment... I find that day 1 of weekend 1 is very heavy on this, and daily around the main stage. The rest of the time less noticeable and the side stages are where its at :-)

For those who doesn’t fall in that category, it’s still a fantastic time if you’re not a negative nancy and make the best of it!! There’s “instagrammers” at any festival you attend

This was a July trip. While there were some hot days it wasn’t too bad. A baby would probably ok but autumn and spring more comfortable.

@theslowtraveler2047 checked beforehand, im going from akl-hkg-kix, and it leaves akl at 1pm and arrive KIX at 6am, last time I flew economy and got zero sleep, also on the hkg-kix leg I was in a window seat with a 400lb man next to me so I was crushed against the window 😬. Sadly there's no premium economy available on hkg to KIX but it's only 3 hours and surely I can't get that unlucky with the person next to me again...

Flew the long way around Russia. Not sure if that extended the flight time or not but I assume it would… Both flights were just one deck.

Flights that leave late at night and arrive early morning... The red eyes come from the poor sleep in transit :-)

I only have one other business class experience (so far) and the food was less memorable so probably not the best comparison. Some of the big name airlines would no doubt have exceptional food on board!

Outrageous behaviour haha Here in Aus someone would either sit on their horn until they moved, or start yelling out the window. Drivers here are ridiculous sometimes over moderate inconvenience.
