Here is an astonishing performance of Evgeny Kissin playing Modest Mussorgsy "Pictures of an Exhibition". Later, when I have time, I'll cut and rip the video so that I can upload the rest of the concert.

The image quality is not very good, but this is one of the best performances of this piece I ever heard. Worth watching.
So beautiful, marbeloys...awesome...Congratulationd...Bravoooooo..... 😊❤🎉😊
Well Forget Nothing. This Shit Is On Fire 🗣🗣🎹🎹🎹🎹🎶🎶🎶🎶🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💯
I think it's an impossibility for Kissin to miss a note. He just does not miss
How can you beat him?
True legend
Kissin is truly pioneering new frontier's with how he plays. I never knew the piano was capable of creating such music before Kissin. Not just this one, but with almost every performance is an eye-opening experience into what can done with 88 keys and a superhuman touch. You can call me biased, and yes, he is my favorite pianist, but he always brings life into music like no one else. It would be a dream come true to meet him one day.
Qu'est-ce qu'il est doué, genialissime !
1 million times better than Lang Lang’s performance.
Belíssima
Yes indeed 🎵👏He is miracle🎵🎶💐❤️💓💓
I think the masters come on angels wings to just hover near to the vibes and beauty his playing creates in the Universal flow of life
Bravo
Fantastico maestro Kissin .....
Such délicatesse, and such beauty transmitted in each note and phrasing. It's beyond my comprehension why anyone would even put a thumbs down for this live recording. Those who put a thumbs down clearly do not play piano, and wouldn't even be able to perform like this.
leaves me breathless... it is soo beautiful almost surreal ... ..
I prefer this version than Lang Lang's version. This one is just more beautiful in any sense.
I think he plays it perfectly, and then some, truly exciting and memorable, like a great trip to the fair or a theme park as a kid, or even adult
He has the greatest piano hands and the most impeccable finger movement - precision action every instant. Every note is considered, addressed and tossed off.
Yes indeed🎶He is miracle and great👍😀👏❤️
Well I came here cause I did want to learn the piece. Sorry to have disturbed. Byyyyyye.
Doesn't get any better. Kissin's clarity is mindboggling, every note heard. Fledermaus would be proud.
Always astounded by his clarity. Even in the most dense or technically difficult passages he creates beautiful music and perfectly prioritizes voices imo
Yeah his clarity is just be young human level. This version is just purely mind blowing 😢
EvGeniy Kissin

You're all listening to the poor quality recording. Search "Kissin Fledermaus Remastered"
Virtuoso ! I love his Steinway by the way...
Please look intomy album on my channel- I'd be grateful to hear your comments! ruclips.net/video/Gz6GP6IDRh8/видео.html Thank you! :)
Really dramatic song
What is all this nonsense about "too fast"? Were any of you dictators there when Liszt actually played it? For goodness' sake, GROW UP!
I do agree, all of these people who talk disrespectfully about this great interpretation deserve to burn in the flames of hell
je retire ce que j'ai dit lol
Kissin, this is a very interesting music, isn't it? It is so playful and innovative. So much fun to listen to. Such a little high pitched notes are tickling at my heart.
My name is JUDITH levison not Robert....thanks
I first heard this piece in an old 40's film called Letter From An Unknown Woman with Joan Fontaine and Louis Jordan (?). Never forgot the music and finally found out it's name and have been forever happy. One of the most beautiful pieces I have ever heard and tears just seem to roll out of my eyes when I listen. Bravo to the pianist Marc Hamelin.
Ditto! My first time hearing this was in high school when the girl who played turned out to be my first love -- I should say my first unrequited love. This was in a very romantic period during the late 50's. Tears then and tears now each time I play it.
I haven't heard this in a while. Kissin still impresses me.
but don'tlisten to his Chopin's Etude inE minor Op25 No5 it's stylistic impertration is so bad I listended to 80 different world class pianists play it and he is on the bottom 30 of them
I agree, I heard Kissin live twice, the first time I was shocked, enamored and enchanted by his playing (he played the b flat minor intermezzo by Brahms and also a transcription of the g minor Hungarian dance no.1), the other time I was very disappointed, he played Chopin three nocturnes - f minor, g major and e major, then he played Schumann sonata f minor, then Debussy preludes and lastly Scriabin sonata no.4, it was not impressive, but rather dry and academic this time
Yes iBrand Boost, and when he pauses his hand goes so high!
