Buen dia, por si les sirve de ayuda, Yo tenia ese problema que al cargar mi bateria con energia electrica me marcaba error 03 cuando llegaba al 100% seguia cargando la bateria de litio y se iba al 59v y se apagaba la salida de corriente, y mi solucion fue que tube que regular la luz electrica la 220v a que me llegara bien al equipo growatt y ya no me marca la falla ya hace el corte a sus 56v, es problema de que no llega bien la energia electrica de 220v

Many of the problems we have with those vehicles when they sit too long. The rings can stick white vinegar. Let it sit take a small plug out. Put the vinegar in and the engine and diaphragm in the carburetor get real brittle and a crack.

Since you work with so much solar stuff you may want to consider doing an electric conversion. Unfortunately Toro never sold these in electric, but the MDX ones are great little electric carts. These days there are great options for 48V lithium packs from EcoBattery and others. So if you can adapt something like a Navitas motor to that gearbox you may end up with something very useful and quiet that you can charge off the solar.

I received 2 of these batteries 8 months ago. I just now found this video. I want to run 2 of these together for power in my barn and add more batteries /panels when i can afford it. I just dont know much about building batteries. Can i use one bms for both batteries? Also, how have these batteries performed for you?

I have a toro workman 3200 same as your . I can't get to to start need a fuel pump for a new one it cranck and cranck but won't start ... it's getting fuel all the way to carb . So getting fuel .. but not sure of carb is bad basically gunk up internal or if its another issue ? Any help would be appreciated it thanks

I know this is two years old, but put a cover over your batteries - like a piece of lexan. It can be removeable. If that large adjustable wrench falls on a battery, you can be sure it will hit both terminals and short the battery. I've seen batteries explode when they are shorted. The top will blow right off blowing acid all over the place. It can be really bad.

Over a year ago... What did you figure out on this machine? I have one I am chasing running issues on now. I found a service update on fuel system online. Looks like it was already done on yours by the placement of the gas return line on the tank. Did it on the one I'm working on and made no change.

Hello, i have off grid solar system with lifepo4 batteries that work 24/7. my question is, can i add grid tie inverter 1000w? they reason i want to add it, is to safe battery capacity to have more power at night. so when my off grid solar system is on, and if i add on the plug the grid tie inverter it will work? or i will do damage to my off grid inverter ? thank you very much

Any body else having this issue should check the battery connections are making good connection. This was the problem I had and all it was was lose connections. I suspect it could have been the same issue here that got corrected when the battery got changed. I thought to come back and give my 2 cents to anybody else with a similar issue.

As a city driver in Chicago this is the norm. Imagine bring that to someone’s house letting them know it’s damaged, before off loading(which is a pain in the ass with freight leaving over skids all broken) to get it off the liftgate to just be told “it’s too damaged I’m not taking it”. We tell management freight should be handled better and for the 8 years I’ve been here all they say is “we’re working on it”.

DON'T EVER SWITCH OFF THE MAINS WHILE CHARGING ON THE INVERTER AND HAVE THE SIDE SWICH OFF AND FORGET TO TURN OFF THE DC RELAY CIRCUIT BREAKER IT WILL BLOW UP THE CAPACITORS YOU HAVE TO SEND IT IN FOR REPAIR. I DID IT TO MY ONE WHILE TIRED TO TURN IT OFF IN THE DARK FORGOT TO TURN OFF DC BREAKER FOR SOLAR IT SPARKED QUITE A FEW CAPACITORS FROM THE SOLAR WIRES INSIDE THE INVERTER. 3 DAYS OLD HOPING I GET MY MONEY BACK AS I BOUGHT ON LINE. 14 DAY UK CONSUMER LAW FOR ONLINE FAULTY GOODS. FINGERS CROSS SOLAR WENT CHARGING FROM DAY ONE BUT MINE WAS POWMR THEY SAID IT WORK WITH MY BATTRY MY BATTERY IS LIFEPO4 THE INVERTER WAS LITHIUM LI-ON ALL WAS WORKING THEN 3 DAYS DOWN THE LINE SAD FACE ERROR 9 SENT FOR REPAIR IN TROBLE SHOOTER.

Coat any broken glass panels with clear Flexseal. Mine have been working fine for 4 years without turning milky. Output is minimally affected.

Add drywall anchors/screws so they stick down into the cooling fins and install 12 volt fans, 2 per inverter. Wire the fans directly to the inverter terminals so they spin they will start spinning around 8 volts, we use a resistor to cap them at 12 volts. You will never burn one up again

Good setup. Question: Would it work with a 110 volt Ac to 12 volt DC converter (600W)? Is there a limit on the amps?
