🫡

You know what. You might be right
Not masonary bit! Masonry
Who gives a shit
Damn I was debating getting a TIG welder but I guess stick really is industrial strength and I’m certified
For what you pay for welders now days a tig is the way to go. You can stick with them too.
Don't use an end mill in a drill chuck ,drill chuck is for drills!!!!!!!!!!
My drill chuck, my rules
Use the same diameter carbide end mill and plunge
Don’t have one
I've been making parts for over 30 years. You have a lot to learn.
Good thing it’s just a hobby eh.
Safety Crocs. Nice!
My daily drivers!
Everyone hates High Speed Steel
Take a Google about breathing in carbide dust before you go sharpening carbide bits
Take a google about deez nutz before you go commenting
Who’s to say I didn’t wear my respirator 🤔
Nice trick. I have two sets of every consummable cutter in the shop. Backup for when the first one breaks or becomes dull. But I also wear steel toed boots... so...
We get it. Ur rich
Fine, I'll do it at your own risk.
I'll do this at your own risk.
Nice work man, been watching the whole series. What's your background on machining etc? How did you learn all this?
I’m a journeyman welder so the fabrication side of things came from my job. As for machining, I just bought a machine and learned from RUclips. Blondihacks has an entire series dedicated to machine tool basics and that was a big help.
@coleyellowbirdwelds thanks man, lemme check out Blondihacks
the bead thats already on the wheel needs to be in the trench - that way it moves the bead your leavering further out- also dont be greedy you were trying to leaver to much bead at a time - but the real top tip - is use a fan heater to heat up the tire before you start - makes the rubber soft and flexible
Dude I love your videos I was getting worried I wasn't going to get to see this bike again
Thanks man! Haven’t had a chance to work on it the last little while. It’s very close to being done!
Nice job dude. It’s not my style but I can appreciate all of the work that goes into making something kustom like that.
I appreciate that!
Some fabricator!!!
Thanks!
Lmao this is where I bend over and look at the thing upside down
Been there done that.
Those. Bessy clamps are the best!!!
Yes they are! These are knock offs though haha

Looks good! I always liked small air cleaners on motorcycles. If you end up finding that the bike seems to be getting carbon build up on the plugs after a while, it may be because the air cleaner isn't providing enough airflow to the engine... ask me how I know this can be an issue lol. Anyway, I made vid a while back, that's probably way longer than it needs to be, and in it I explain how to properly calculate the size of air filter that would be needed for any size 4 stroke motor. I did a sh*t ton of research before making the air cleaner for my shovel after I found out that the one I had been running on there was way too small.
Awesome thanks! I’ll check that out!
@@coleyellowbirdwelds the title of reds vid, if you're trying to find it is 'How To Find The Right Air Filter For Your Engine'.
That clamp on the table lmao 😂😂
Yea I’m actually a moron 😂
Decent fart at 1:38
😂
That’s ending was the best! 😂😂😂
😂
that honda in the background seems sad when it's not getting worked on
The shovelhead is even sadder 😂
The marked absence of cursing is sorely missed......😂

Hell yeah dude! Pumped to see this up! Its coming along good! A guy needs a break once in awhile so you can come back fresh too. After a guy works a long stint you need a rest
