I very much appreciated your video, you showed a very day to day life in Athens, you just spent your day like a local perhaps would have in the city center. In the outskirts/suburbs it usually a bit different, a bit more modern however guys trying to strike up conversation and end up hitting on you is unfortunately the same everywhere 😅

I watch so many travel vlogs particularly in Greece and Spain and Portugal and it’s extremely rare where I find that I can sit through and listen to whoever narrates the video and really enjoy the whole thing. There’s actually depth and substance to these videos. You are a very nice natural person. A gentle and intelligent English girl (I had to edit 😂 you are Australian 🇦🇺 but I guess you must have spent quite a bit of time in London or something 😂). Your thoughts throughout the video are interesting and not negative. Whereas often people can be very surface level and without any depth or substance. The video is shot beautifully and is just narrated with some very natural and understandable thoughts and notions that are truthful. You are even into proper music which is really enjoyable when it’s played. Thank you for being gentle and intelligent and real. It makes a change! 👍❤😊

amazing! such a great video, i'm still in dreary cold wet dark england bleurrrghhhhhh :( jet2 don't have any holidays to mallorca/minorca beyond the end of October this year, [not unless i want to pay 4 x the price booking thru the hotel websites] so i have been browsing package deals in the Canary Islands but the 4hour+ flight time puts me off we'll see :)

Welcome to Kythira! Just outside of Milopotamo on the way to Limnonas beach is a bench overlooking the sea to the west. The perfect place to watch the sunset. Great place to see the full moon this Thursday. My girl friends and I celebrate the solstice and equinox season with a picnic and a bottle of wine. It’s one of the most spectacular views and scenic roads. It’s also the road that leads to Aphrodite’s pool. Great hike.😊 and if you come towards the southern part, where we live, there is another great scenic road to a beach where the sunsets are majestic. Don’t be shy about asking, we Greeks are more than happy to share our homeland’s hidden treasures . I hope Kythira gives you what you most need. She’s a magical island. Enjoy.😊

my parents took me and my sister to this island when i was 9 while we were visiting my family in greece for the first time. i don’t remember much about it but watching this video has made me want to return!! when you were talking abt feeling aligned too, it really resonated w me because i only discovered your channel a couple weeks ago and now you’re in my home country!! keep doing what you’re doing . much love <3 !!
