I like your video! I had the same problem for 3 months.I tried hot compresses and when I would get in the shower, the hot water would cause it to drain and swell again. I finally on yesterday had an incision to drain it. I will let you know how it goes after two weeks.

You only came close to diet. Sugar of all kinds FEED infections, as well as dairy. If you don't believe this last one check out mastitis in dairy cattle on Wikipedia. What is absent from there is TB which is why milk is pasteurized to begin with and that cows get cancer. Supplements (the pharmaceutical kind) made out of coal tar and oil have the benzene ring in them and I had to get tested yearly to make sure it was low enough in my body so I could go to work. Finally, one of the best remedies is D-Mannose. If one gets diarrhea, back off the dosage and you can get it in bulk.

I've never seen the Cayenne Cleanse one anywhere near me. I've settled on the ones that are a combination of ginger/lemon, mostly for the spicy aftertaste from the ginger and they seem to have less overall sugar than the more fruity flavored ones. I'm just thinking the ginger responds well to the fermenting process. Right now, the Health-Ade brands and the brand from Lidl (Solveta) are my go-to's.

On allergy medication & inhalers. It is day 3 of me not sleeping and i have a harsh sounding cough that makes my chest & back HURT. No amount of liquid is helping, and when i cough, i end up "vomiting" clear, thick gunk. I'm guessing my allergies have progressed into bronchitis. Should i see a dr sooner rather than later?
