hey man i don’t know if you would see this but what exhaust system is that to get the single exit

I tried changing both relays and the blower motor still not working. I found that both 15A fuse for the blower blew. So I replaced those fuse with new 15A fuse. Upon turning the car key in the ignition, both new blower fuse blew. Do you know what could be the issue?
