I'm minimalist to a point. I like my environment homely. Except easy to clean and take care of. Also I don't like everyday things put away. I see everything as time consuming tasks that limit what I get to do in a day (life) It's like "I have plenty of cabinet space but I keep all of my small appliances out on hand. I keep my vitamins out on hand." I only put away what I don't use every day. I seldom ever purchase cloths because my family are always gifting me new cloths that I really don't have much use for. I only use my bedroom, kitchen, bathe and art room. 90% I'm either outdoors or in my art room. I like my art room much more cluttered, massive options laying out at all times. I straighten it up about once every 2 months. I have this open free space around where I'm painting and then massive clutter throughout the rest of the room, easy access, no hunting or opening doors or drawers. It's rather weird how humans believe they are so much different than other animals. Like they live above other plants and animals. I'm more the belonging with nature type. I hate fine manicured lawns and white picket fences. I live on 2 acres. I have well maintained areas and more natural habitat areas. What others think of weeds, I think of natural habitats for butterflies, bees, birds, rabbits and squirrels. They are very comfortable around me, they never just run away like in other folks yards. For me, most people are too tight and twitchy. I'm all open, breathing and living like the other plants and animals. I don't know, I just don't buy into this social matrix much.

I grew up in a church in Croatia and left it at age of 20. Church has become an entreprise that collects money for narcissistic leaders. When I moved to the west I realizied my church in Croatia was much better than what I found in USA and Sweden where I lived for couple of years. Church in the west has become very mechanical. Today I live in Norway and go to African church here in Bergen, because it is spiritual at it's core which I really like. Being a Slavic man in a African church is a very nice experience.

My parents grew up in religious families but always gave my brother and I the option of attending church, even from the age of 5. My father seldom attended but my mother did most of her life. I attended church with my mother sometimes until I was 13 and started realizing how 2 faced most of these people were. Then when I became a business owner, I found that a higher percent of the regular church goers could be less trusted than the non church goers. While attending college I studied human communication extensively from the time they very first started to use sign language until today, even learned to write cuneiform to some degree. So I had vast studies of the people from Mesopotamia, Persia and the Nile river valleys.I studied all of their languages, cultures and how religions came to be. Having that vast knowledge, I found that there is no possible way for myself to believe in any religion or any books of religion. It was all to do with male figure's control over cultures and community. Sure, there are many great lessons in the Bible. Except they are not original lessons. They are just stories regarding common human empathy. I suppose that for the narcissists, attending church could help give them some guild to follow along so as to better act in a society and maybe not get arrested or shunned for something. But there is no real purity of the soul to be found in religions. Purity of the soul is what folks come to be because they have found that it is the most pleasant life to live in, nothing less nothing more.

Living in the flow, no matter what the task or what your'e experiencing at any given moment. I took the challenge of painting an homeless camp abstractly in a brighter light. It is easy to paint or depict sexuality, fear, anger or sorrow, because these are strong human emotions that folks often relate. My thoughts were why are people only seeing these homeless camps in frames of sorrow, disgust etc. When actually this is these folks home and community and they are realistically more community than suburban America or other place where folks live near each other. It is likely they are more community because they need each other's help more often. But that is besides the point as is the fact that many are experiencing drug additions or other mental illnesses. Their homeless camp on the forefront is not much different than how the earlier humans lived together and some still today in places like Sudan. The idea that they don't experience happiness, kindness and only experiencing dirtyness, sorrow, etc. is just wrong. My idea is to maybe cause folks to see their camps (their home) in a different light. Seeing the brighter light of things is so important to staying in the flow, whether you are modeling or whatever it is you are involved in the moment.

There is a stigma with Christian believers and other Abrahamic faith believers that you are somehow lost and confused if you don't accept the written beliefs of their faith. Folks can be very spiritual and have connections with spiritual beings without accepting written words from an organized religion. The Ten Commandments are more of a spiritual realization than a cognitive set of rules to follow. That they would need a written word, tells the story of a people that are not in alignment with their spirit. When it goes cognitive, it becomes more like narcism. When they claim they believe and trust in god and their actions spells otherwise. The narcissist needs written words or examples to follow because they lack the empathy of the spiritual being. That is not to say that the spiritual being is perfect. They can become derailed for a moment as any Christian can. Forgiveness is not a path one must follow. Rather, forgiveness is the awoken path being followed.

Your health plan depends a lot on age. If you are young and can support a buff body and much more active life style while burning lots of calories, then yes eat as much fat that your body is asking for. When you get older not only is it not wise to be over tasking your heart and other vital organs, you need more "equal" muscle mass. Rather than building buff to look good, think about building muscles that better support your worn-out joints. Suppose you no longer want an active life stye but need to stay healthy. Eating a lot of pig or beef fat or eating foods that your body turns to sugar is the worst. Eating more fiber becomes extremely more important as you age. One of the most important organs is your large intestine. Keeping it clean and healthy will add time to your healthy existence. Say you retired from an active life style and no longer want to be as active. What she is saying about building muscle instead of cardio is correct. You still need plenty of protein to support your brain that uses a lot. If you don't want early brain conditions, you must continue to support it with adequate proteins and vitamins. Red meat and high fatty meats should no longer be your goto for protein. Go to zero alcohol as you age. A glass of wine per day has been concluded to be a myth. Alcohol depletes oxygen to the brain, that is all it does.

I was always be very quiet. Which kind of left me open to narcissistic attacks. I'm also quick witted. I just allow the narcissist to ramble for a bit and suddenly come out with something uniquely exposing and putting in his/her place in a laughing matter. Even though I could make an intelligent comment or explain facts about something. I refrain, even when I know they are getting it wrong. Just allow them to say whatever. Let them have some space. No need to correct. Just because you are right does not make it right to always socially correct. Let it go. Don't make people feel unwelcome or stupid. Stop trying to promote yourself's uniqueness. Keep it on the down-low. Not everyone is as ambitious. I'm a fairly advanced artist painter. Yet I never talk about my art unless someone's really interested in art asks. There is typically too much to know in order to explain about what you do. All you are doing is making others feel uncomfortable about their own ambitions. While in a group of regulars, there is commonly that one or two persons that stands out as a bit odd. Try to say things that might help them fit in. Go with their vibes. Don't leave them hanging out there all the time. Jokingly mention what they are repeatedly doing wrong. If they respect you then they realize, this person is honestly trying to help me. Most of our intuition comes from past experiences. Not a whole lot different than other animals. Possibly use our intuition a bit less because of our unique ability to reason. Not all intuitions come true. In fact many do not. "My intuition was that I was going to do very well at my sport today" Then it didn't happen. The reasons the animal got shot and killed is because it had no past experience to base its intuition on. It is not as if you think "oh I remember this from my past, so..." No, you do not recognize where it came from. It can actually come from movies or all those social lessons you learned while reading Harry Potter. It can even come from past dreams that you can't recall. Yes there is inborn intuitions. The animal understands instinctively when they hear that hawk to take cover, even though it has never witnessed a hawk taking one of its kind. I got a diagnosis on my leg. My intuition was that the doctor was likely correct. I stayed home and took the pills for gout. It got a lot worse within days. I went to emergency and found out it was an infection. They sent me over to a specialist. He drew blood from the infected area and discovered it was staphylococcus eating my leg. Rushed me into surgery claiming he barely caught it in time to save my leg. Three months later, I learned that this flesh eating bacteria had been running rapidly through all of our city hospitals. I had been seeing my father in the hospital every day for weeks, is how I picked it up. My intuition that the original doctor was correct, almost cost me my leg. Now when anything happens I demand blood test. Intuition is fine. Except, science is really great. It has proved it's validity over and over. Test when test is available. Magic is not real.

I like your little piece about adults becoming jaded. I realized what it is about children that is so different. The children actually realize that there is so much that they don't know and that is why they don't get to do like the adults. Except the children are not jaded about this circumstance beyond their control. The adults are like "Hey I'm all grown up, I should be able to work through anything" Then something breaks and I'm a big failure, jaded. I believe that there is a significant part of childhood that we should never get rid of and if we did, we sure as heck need to get it back. The Sinatra song for children about "High Hopes" It's a mind set that should never go away no matter what happens. Life is Life and then one day there is no more. We are dealt cards, we make the best of them and learn. There is not a good reason to become jaded. deal with whatever but keep your hopes up because we can't know what is right around the next corner.
