    Only in America would you add extra fat (the butter) to ground beef. Why not get higher fat content (suggest 25%) for burgers & at least keep the beef flavour & moist

    • @SmokinNDrinkin
      @SmokinNDrinkin Месяц назад

      My channel is definitely not approved by my doctor. Actually though, adding butter to beef can be traced back to the traditional cuisines of Europe, especially countries like France and Germany (my heritage.) Butter has been used by my family for generations to enhance the flavors in beef and many other dishes. Thanks for your comments! Prost!

My favorite fermenters are the 1.4 gal 'little big mouth bubblers' from northern brewing, and they are my work horses (I now have 3). this looks like it could be a good wine and shows why you always have a bucket, just in case. Thank you for the video. Maybe I missed something, while I was drooling over your pie, but.... Your gravity reading was .998 or so, and then before bottling it was 1.032. What did you use to backsweeten, raise gravity, and how did you stabilize before bottling?

    • @SmokinNDrinkin
      @SmokinNDrinkin 3 месяца назад

      You didn't miss anything. You actually have a keen eye. Remember how I said I was going to call this wine Calamity? The troubles continued all the way to posting the video. I always have several brews going at once and this time was no exception. I had a Mojito-style wine and the Moscato going. Somewhere during the brew process I got my labels switched on the two wines (they did look very similar after I removed the mint and lime peels from the Mojito wine.) Long story short, I am re-editing both videos to clear things up. I am going to have to pull both videos down. Thank you for your perceptive observations and comments.
