    I love Pinot Noir, made 20L from actual grapes last year. That said, I don't think 1.060 is enough - that'll give you 8 - 9%.
    Mine started at 1.096, finished at 0.992 and that was 14%.
    Edit: Ah, I've commented too early...I see you've already realized that starting gravity was a bit too low

      Yeah. I should have add about a ½ lb. of sugar or so. I thought about going back and "step feeding" it and adding more sugar but decided to just drink more of it. lol! Thanks for watchin'! Prost!
