    • @DavidShimel

I'm currently on 2.4.0. Is it just the magnet icon that's missing for you? If not, you might have the Deck Size set to "mini". Click the Settings button with the gear icon in the upper right corner, then set Deck Size to either Full or Compact. Alternatively, enable the Mixer section. I found this Reddit post which talks about a similar problem but no one posted a solution: www.reddit.com/r/MIXXX/comments/1e2v3hs/i_cant_find_my_loop_and_quantize_buttons/ You might also try going to Options -> Preferences -> Interface and clicking the Restore Defaults button.

I cannot get it to work on Windows 10. It crashes immediately after installing (opening the tool). Even when I set opening with Administrator rights and compatibility (W Vista, 7, 8). @@DavidShimel I've been having the same question. I think this person is talking about the transition where the first clip seamlessly crosses over into the next one, like something you would see in a movie sequence where the person is dreaming. It differs in ways it can be used, but what this person was talking about is overlaying 2 clips to make a seamless transition between the two. It's a basic tool a lot of editors use. But I can't seem to find anything about it, or how to do it on Capcut, let alone any RUclips tutorials. I'm not fully sure if this makes sense, but hopefully it does. If you find out if Capcut can make this transition, could you do a video about it? I'd love to finally figure out how to do it. Or, if you find out that Capcut doesn't have that option, could you let us know? Thank you in advance!

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! Btw if there are any music topics you'd like to see covered in a video, I'm open to suggestions :)

@@DavidShimelThank you for asking. Ableton offers a variety of free packs on their site, or included with the DAW, comprising devices, samples, and loops. Envision creating a collection of episodes, each focused on presenting a full track inspired by the contents of a selected pack. Each episode corresponds to a specific pack.

did u mean to change the BPM of the dubstep white noise up to 138 in the first track, rather than 150?

We want 150 because that's the BPM of the original sample. Then, when warping is enabled, the sample will automatically get matched to the project tempo, 138 in this case.

this was so cool to watch! and it sounds amazing at the end besides it being really cool that u can use all these tools together, what would u say is useful about having this workflow available? i imagine u can make more unusual and custom sounds that sound different than what everyone else is making?

Thank you! I'd say there are a few useful things about it such as: - Acquiring weird sounds you might not know how to find/design (I've had good success with the prompt "alien percussion, glitchy, weird, strange") - Getting inspiration (can't have too much of that!) - Not drums, but you can get the AI to create ambient background textures (try the prompt "chanting, speaking, talking, language You could also use the stem splitter on human-made tracks which might have even better samples.
