Thanks but it’s really important you also mention the pitfalls. For example; if the property is mortgaged the lender needs to allow the property to be used for this purpose, also meeting all the fire regulations and many other things that can be disastrous for the business. As you’re providing education to the public you should aim to be fully transparent. I personally don’t think it’s a good business model unless you’re also the landlord as it’s extremely time consuming.
