Boston whaler restoration. 1988 SuperSport 13’
1988 Boston Whaler superport 13’ restoration. This one was a full overhaul. Once we got eyes on it, we understood what had to happen. We ground down all the original Gel Coat down to the Fiberglass. Only then were we able to properly restore the vessel and maintain structural integrity.
The video is a bit long but it helps to understand the scope and scale of the project. We removed all of the original components and after the full fiberglass and gelcoat refinish we were able to start installing all the new components. All new Mahogany and stainless steel components, along with rubrail and a new 40HP Tohatsu engine, gauges and controls.

This 2002 Capehorn came in for a full overhaul. We upgraded the dash with all new acrylics and an axiom two pro along with a 9 inch axiom by Raymarine. New 87 inch Trolling Motor by Minnkota rewired 90% of the boat and fully serviced both motors.

how did you get the curved edges instead of just straight cut edges
Use a router and polish it out.
I own a Conquest 21 that was very nice work.
Why isn't the bilge pump mounted in the very bottom of the bilge to get most all the water out? Those are way too high. One should be higher than the other to server as a backup bilge pump if things go awry.
The bigger question is, why is so much water coming into the bilge to begin with? Making sure you figure that out will also help out tremendously. water = rust. Rust = not good.

Good luck with that thing lasting. Wouldn't last more than 24hs in my center Bilge. Changed the filter Pretty much the pump failed after that.
