Welcome to the PNW! It really is so beautiful here. My wife and I moved here from Charlotte, NC and we live in Portland. Admittedly we haven’t ventured downtown much at all since we moved in 2020, I was shocked when you said Portland is cleaner than Seattle. And seeing it in your vlog made me realise how much better downtown is looking these days, it was looking really rough for a while there. I love your couch set up, it looks like a cozy little nook! Hope you’re enjoying Seattle and feeling settled in 🤎

Welcome to Seattle. Born and raised. Grew up near downtown but eventually gravitated South of Seattle. Way more diversity. I recognize a lot of landmarks in your recent videos. West Seattle would have been a great area for you. Community feel to it, centrally located, lots of amenities with beautiful views and close to the water. It can be a lonely city, but people for the most part are friendly and it's relatively safe compared to other large cities. Your Mother is stunning!! Best to you!!!

Welcome to Seattle !!! I remember feeling the same way … I cried my eyes out in corporate housing several years ago when I moved here … It sounds cheesy, but I prayed for a friend group and God delivered … I met an amazing tribe here … keep your head up and don’t be discouraged.

I love the couch set up! When I moved from VA to Seattle, day 1 I cried my eyes out thinking I made a mistake. It ended up being the best decision of my life because it gave me the confidence to know I could do it. I now live in Dallas but I cherished my time in Seattle.

Thanks for the information. I have heard that baby wipes (99% water) work well on the seats. I have black seats on my Y, but I love the white; however, my grandson would make it challenging to keep them clean. Thx again for the info.

North Seattle, (Green Lake, University District, Ballard), Capitol Hill, and Queen Ann areas are nice areas with views. I grew up in Kent. Sorry you experienced snobby people there.

I drove safely and my insurance through Tesla tripled within a year. Got rid of them fast and now with Progressive. Much more affordable than Tesla Insurance.

Happy for you. I have 23 Model Y as well. Love the car. I would recommend that you go to your local tire shop next time. I only paid $20.00 to fix my deflated tire. They simply put a rubber plug in the hole and reinflate the tire. It is quick. All the best
