I have this RC to a family member after a couple months of using and checking diffs . It’s very good imho . I got it after the cf Omni . Very very fast on 3s , like 50mph on my example . 2s is perfect . Rides wheelies , handles great . No probs for me . One time the steering turnbuckle popped off after ot was doing full speed on 3s in parking lot

They break their cars left and right doing huge jumps . Most can handle the 6 ft high jumps in grass . But if ya hit a curb or stop sign at high speed to do a dead stop somethjng will for sure break , lol . Multiple things , haha . This looks like a good ground ripper . Needs shocks and tires ? How long are the shocks ? Thanks 👍. Really like your vids . This is my first electronic issue . Nothjng I can do . I don’t mind other breaks that are visible since they’re cheap but I haven’t broken anything besides that first RC car I totalled .

Love the granite so far . My k6s esc 💩 the bed yesterday after adding the 15t pinion . Overheated I guess . Steady slow green flashing , steering , not throtttle , esc fans working , no start up sequence .

I wanted my first 1/10 scale. This Mjx is taking forever to release, so i went for the Arrma Big Rock. I think i made the better decision. Just a lot more expensive.

I need to see more improvement in the build before I would spend 200 bucks It's not tall enough that body clip system flat out socks and Phillips head screws for anything over 100 bucks is a sin and the work involved getting into the diffs is ridiculous And you have to put a new receiver in it right away Sorry mjx I'm out

Exact same thing for me.. 2 weeks speed running. Enjoyed every pass.. axles aren't long enough for upgrading the wheels to alloy. Soon as I decided to jump it EXACTLY LIKE YOU DID SMOOTH. 5MIN BUILT CONFIDENCE AND SNAP

Yep just picked one up bout a week ago bout 120.00 with coupon on Amazon same thing had to redo esc and went ahead put my radio link with a r6fg receiver Was still pretty impressed with the stock transmitter that is most definitely the weak point in the offerings from MJX that’s why I got rid of that crap transmitters that comes with them

TT chassis is great to start from, yours seem to perform as expected. I would suggest oil filled shocks and bearings for a first upgrade, other than that great job with the build, i really like the body graphics! Fantastic video, keep it up!

Great tips and fixes, and I installed the wheelie bar for that reason, I figured, rear bumper, I can definitely see myself doing a few upgrades, some aluminum would be nice, they reel ya in for the price and then all hell breaks lose!!! 😅 That's what us hobbyist do! Small price to have some fun in our lives, I think at 49 I enjoy it more than when I was a kid, thanks for the videos

Is it just me or is the steering trim backwards while the steering is normal. And then to turn up the dual rate you go counter clockwise instead of clockwise.

Great rc, runs over 44mph on 3s. Just breaks too easily.

Mjx chassis has access points for greasing the diffs, it's those holes you see when the metal bumpers are removed.

Could someone point me where to go to get parts for this?

nice work... I would have left the balance wire out of the case as long as possible to allow for use of better chargers. I also bought an extention for the std battery to allow using better chargers. If I did the mod you have done ... I would have just left it out of the case.

That's a speed truck not a basher.

I didn't do enough research. I paid for the mjx, but was satisfied. I upgraded the receiver, next is servo, then the esc, but man, does this thing move already.

The drifting is crazy on this little joker!! Added 3s and it is fast! For the price you can’t beat that little thing!

Those bigger wheels also must have added a couple mph..
