I started streaming this year and noticed I wasn't paying attention to my chat at all lol. I know I won't get attention just yet. My goal is to improve each stream and upload VODs to YT. Also working on editing skills for shorts. Going to be a busy year. Nice to see someone visiting the low view streamers and talking to them. I think it does make a positive difference.

The problem is that EVERYONE wants to become a streamer and youtuber... and Everyone shouldn't be thinking of living off youtube or twitch... everyone wants an easy life.. an easy way to get money and that's the huge problem... most of them are just wasting their time trying to become kaicenat or ishowspeed... instead of focusing on getting a better job or something solid outside of social media

I had been a streamer since 2014, I joined before the every YTuber got tired of making videos on 2017, it was fun until they arrive. Now is full of people trying to be famous instead of sharing the hobby...

Classic has for me the vibe of people still communicating a lot, which doesn't happen in the retail version, also overall it has much nicer and pure vibes. Btw, you can turn off that slow quest reading and if I were you I would download an addon called Questie.. we actually had these kinds of addons back in the days, so it's not really cheating :D It will show you where to go and what to do.

It’s so cool getting someone to Say they enjoy your stream

Been only streaming for the past 10 months with a few months off due to life stuff. But one of my main issues I consistently have are scammers(trying to have add a random discord. Stating it's a "Well known streamer" and that "they can help you build your channel" and bots self promoting/ soliciting art work. And its has happened so much that i can basically spot it within the first couple messages on where the conversation is going to go. Even though I have set up chat rules to mitigate that, they still do it.. I started streaming to connect with and talk with genuine people but in the past 10 months have accumulated 36 followers, 98% them I haven't seen again in chat after they dropped a follow. And will get maybe 2-4 views per stream with an average of 1 hour viewed per person from a 6-8hr stream. I try to communicate with those who stop in to chat but again, those who mainly try to chat are the scammers and solicitors.. Its quite frustrating and like the guy said, can be very discouraging and leaving you wondering what's the point..
