I'm on a 48" 4K OLED, going to this one... I think the pixel density is actually BETTER on this 1440p 32".

I originally started on Laptops, then built my first PC and finally ended buying a Steam Deck on launch day (got it on Q2). I've honestly haven't touched my laptop since. The demanding games are always played on my desktop (higher res and such) but I love being able to pick up where I left off on the deck. Being able to sit down while my partner is watching her favorite TV show is great.

Please help!! I am thinking of purchasing the glacier white variant. Will the white colour fade or become yellowish over time? Honestly if i could pull out good things from a laptop from manufacturers it be Lenovo's laptop keyboard. id tell you even at the 2013 thinkpad i own its still more enjoyable to type than my current Asus gaming laptop 😄

Hi, I hope you can help me. I just got a response from Viture support that when you connect an HDMI source to the glasses via mobile dock or the HDMI XR adapter it supports video ONLY in 1080@30fps. It does not support 24, 25, 50 or 60 fps. I find it extremely weird as playing games in 30fps on such a big screen is basically ... well... unplayable. Can you please check what video formats the glasses can connect to through HDMI?

Mine started doing this last night, after 2 months (own it since launch day) but I have to really tap down on my d-pad really fast for the squeaking to happen. What I did last night was to use WD40 safe for electronics and sprayed it on my d-pad, then dab it around the d-pad pressing it around in circular motion cause I want it to be lubed all around, took a clean paper towel or cloth and wipe it down. No squeaking so far, also probably mine was really minor. EDIT: Here to specify, I am referring to *WD40 Electronic Contact Cleaner Spray*.

Thank you very much Tyler for this video! Really informative. I am in the market for some productivity XR glasses for mostly doing game development using unreal Engine. Basically I'd love to be able to work from my laptop connecting remotely to my Workstation using HP Anyware (ex Teradici) and using a pair of XR glasses to emulate large displays. I was really looking at the Immersed Visor, but their keynote was a total disaster (as I anticipated it), now I am wondering if it worth waiting a bit more for company like @VITURE, which it seems that they are very active in updating their products. Again great review, much appreciated!

Do you have the antiglare OLED? I heard that takes away from the benefits of an OLED screen. I went with the 512 gb model because I never liked antiglare.

I was deciding between the Asus Zephyrus G16 (2024) and Lenovo Legion 7i Gen 9 (2024) and went with the 7i. The price difference wasn’t much, but the 7i offers 41% better value for money, and I couldn’t justify paying an extra 130 CAD for the G16. Plus, the G16 has soldered RAM, limiting upgrades, while the 7i is more future-proof. Cooling on the 7i is also better, though the AMD update on the G16 has helped reduce heat. If you’re reviewing the G16, definitely consider how the AMD CPU affects performance and thermals! Overall, great and honest review without the fluff-keep up the great work!

I bought this laptop on sale a few weeks ago directly from Lenovo. Mine only has a 4060 I couldn't justify paying $600 more Canadian for the 4070. It does include the i9-14900HX and the screen upgrade though. It arrived today I haven't had a chance to unbox it yet. It's a pre built not built to order.

I will always pick something like a Surface Book over a Gaming Laptop. I think gaming laptops are really only good for gaming. They're more expensive, there is no touch screen, detachable screen that turns the notebook into a tablet like the Surface Book, the screens are usually worse, lower resolution, manufacturer usually picking tn panels over ips which has less vivid colours and worse viewing angles, but OLED is becoming more of a thing now. The Gaming Laptops that do have TN Panels do have a higher hz signal which is really only good for gaming. They're hot, loud, big, heavy and bulky and require more maintenance due to their tendency to overheat and thermal throttle overtime, worse build quality, being made of plastic. The hinges are usually worse too, they have much worse battery life. Their desktop counter part gpu's perform a lot better. For daily non gaming use, a Gaming Laptop just isn't as practical as a Notebook. A Notebook feels a lot more modern than a gaming laptop, very Mac like. And i think PC Handhelds are perfect since it has something more in common with the Notebook that is specifically made for productivity use. A PC Handheld is made for gaming use only. It is like a Gaming Laptop without the Laptop stuff. Vastly improving the battery life aswell as it being a lot cheaper. I would always pick a Notebook and a PC Handheld over a Gaming Laptop. Both together are cheaper than a Gaming Laptop. The Gaming Laptop is great for gaming, but the Laptop part could be a lot better. The same can be said about Gaming Phones, which is why they failed.

Love the first look/review on these! Great tech and excited to see where these XR/AR glasses go. $450 also seems like a reasonable price. I still am not quite happy with the look though and the need to have these darked out doesn't seem to make them the best option for indoor use, which is most likely where I would mainly use them. Getting there though......

Basically, If you already have the LCD, there's no point getting the OLED unless you have extra money. If you don't have the LCD, there's no point getting the LCD unless you want to save money

On HDR displays do you just have it enabled in games or do you enable in windows too? It says it’s not supported in windows but when I enable it in games it works. Anyone know why this is?
