Hi, I don't know why, but on mine the audio cuts out and disconnects from the Xbox and after a few seconds it reconnects. I don't know if it has anything to do with the Internet, but it doesn't happen with Bluetooth headphones. I'm supposed to think that since it's an Xbox, the connection should be much better, right? I don't know if this happens to anyone else or if it's just mine.

Can you do all these things using the Kindle app on an iPad?

Could you give me the actual dimensions of this bag? I am going on an international trip, and the personal bag dimensions allowed are quite small - only 16"x12"x6". A little bigger might work, if I don't pack too full, but I hear they sometimes get very picky. Also, any chance it would hold a 17" laptop that is 10"x14" (even in the main compartment)? I can't find any bags that will work for me.

I bought Libra Colour today and I'm returning it tomorrow. The screen is insanely dark and blurry. I have Libra 2 as well and I just can't downgrade the actual reading experience that much. It feels much more draining to my eyes then reading on my phone. Plus it has a dead pixel in the middle of the screen that is very annoying. My Libra 2 has one too, Kobo doesn't really care about quality control. Plus Google Drive sync is a joke. It completely destroys cover arts so I don't want to use it. I think I'm gonna wait couple more years until the colour eink get actually usable.

The microphone has become longer? Is there any white noise? I'm writing through a translator, the translation may not be accurate, Do they periodically wheeze and make the sound of a click? I read reviews about the previous version of headphones

Video about Sonos Ace vs AirPods Max latency in gaming would be nice. Sonos introduces too much latency which is too bad. Seems like no one really covers this. As this is a great feature, I thought I would just be able to use one headphone for everything. AirPods Max with cable into controller might be a better solution, haven’t tried it out yet

I just ordered a new Signature edition. My old Kindle was a basic that was slow, but the reading experience (once you got to the page to read) on the screen was much better than my iPad (12.9”) in sunlight. Anyway, it had ads that I hated and it died several months ago. I have a ton of books in my Kindle library, but I’ve been building a “retirement library” of nice, hardback physical books, which has me reading more outside. I’m getting the new Kindle so I’ll have access to my Kindle library wherever I go, and can read them outside, which is nice. I will mostly use it when I go places and when I don’t feel like lugging very big books around. Thanks for your very helpful review. As you and other commenters have mentioned, the ad free, auto light adjustments, make it a no brainer, for me. The wireless charging is nice, but since you charge it once in a blue moon, I think I could use a charging cord with no problems. Also, with 1010 books in my library, I’m only using about 4 Gb, so I won’t have as much use for the 32 Gb of storage (vs the 16Gb in the regular). I’m psyched, as this looks like what I wanted when I got my old Kindle.

I bought the Colorsoft and returned it because of the yellow gradient and uneven lighting. I am sticking with my Kindle Oasis, which needs to be refreshed but is still very comfortable to use. It is hard to give up page turning buttons.

I love the idea as well. I just got my parcels today (berry!) and was shocked that they don't stand up on their own. Mine also came with some tiny scuffs. If the price wasn't so high I wouldn't complain about the price, but these are going back. Started hunting for reviews bc instagram didn't produce much. I really hope they can get it right in v2 because this is an amazing idea!

STAY AWAY! READ REVIEWS AND FILTER TO FIND ARTICLES REGARDING QUALITY CONTROL, QC, QA, OR YELLOW. It is a genuine nightmare trying to get a Kindle that is 1) Consistently lit, 2) A neutral shade that isn't piss or dandelion yellow, 3) Possesses a decent battery that can stretch beyond 50% of the estimated amount Amazon provides. It is outright criminal just how "lottery" like the current purchasing scheme is. Try to buy local to make returns easier, you will be returning any of them (even the basic, I've had to exchange twice now) unless you win.

I appreciate your review. It also makes me wonder who really is the target audience for Cadence's products. I imagine perhaps a professional who travels more than average and has the money to spend on something like this. My partner travels so frequently that they would not bother to refill their products all the time (usually they forget, run out, or buy extra there). I only travel probably 2-3x via plane and a few times a year via car/train for weekend trips. Cadence products would take me years to pay off in terms of use. I think the carry-on/liquids limit has also really limited the material that companies make toiletry bags out of (mostly clear vinyl now) and it's really a limiting material. Like you said, it gets dirty fast and doesn't have much structure. I'm tempted to go back to my old LL Bean hanging bag from summer camp if I'm honest. I'm glad the algorithm showed me your channel, I'll take a look at more. Being a small creator is tough!

I’m struggling to see the value in these pouches. They don’t seem to measure up to what’s already available on the market. I own a Calpak cosmetic case and a few Truffle cases, and those do an excellent job of keeping my cosmetics and Cadence capsules (which I absolutely love) organized. I do admire Cadence’s ambition in designing a new cosmetic case but it seems they’ve missed the mark. Hopefully they can make some improvements over time (like they did with the capsules)! Lovely review btw! Your rainbow assortment of capsules is making me want to get a few in other colors since all of mine are in petal 😅.

Great review! I used this to travel internationally this past June and it fit perfectly under the seat. I love that it can just sit open in flight under the seat and the interior isn’t like digging in a black hole( made that mistake when buying all black bags). I was able to fit my 15 inch laptop and iPad Air in the designated pocket - great feature having this separate. One thing I did notice is if I overstuff the zipped pocket in the main compartment I’m not able to use the secret pocket on the outside for cellphone, passport etc but wasn’t a game changer and I’d recommend it!

after doing a deep dive and finding that any book you purchase does not belong to you and that amazon can discontinue it at any time, because you are not buying the book you are buying a license to the content and they can take it away at anytime

This is the only review available at the moment that shows an accurate zoom in of the Kindle Colorsoft! Thank you! As a Kobo Clara Color honor, I will say the overall reading experience with the newspaper like background looks identical to the kobo. But the colors for highlighting and images look better on the kindle. Would you be able to do a more detailed side by side of your kobo and colorsoft? Thank you!

The Kindle Oasis had page turn buttons. I have a Paperwhite and an Oasis. An ideal Kindle would have an Oasis form factor with a higher resolution Colorsoft screen.

Solid review! :) I got the Kobo Libra Colour a few days ago. Leaving aside the yellow band issue (which I didn't know about when I made my decision), the reason I went with the KLC was mostly because of the fact that it's pen-enabled. That just gives you a lot more bang for the buck, out of the gate, IMO. I haven't seen the Colorsoft in person, but I've seen a lot of pictures of the Colorsoft screen vs. the Kobo Libra Colour screen. The Colorsoft does have better saturation. From the footage I've seen, though, that sometimes comes at the expense of detail. (i.e., colors can be *over*saturated). If you're someone only interested in reading, and don't mind spending a little more for a slightly more appealing screen -- and especially if you're heavily into the Amazon ecosystem and don't want to spend time converting your books) the Colorsoft makes a lot of sense (or it will, when they get the yellow band sorted). But if you're someone who likes to annotate or write notes, the KLC is really the only choice among the two. I think the reason Amazon didn't make the Colorsoft pen-enabled is because they didn't want to cannibalize their Scribe sales. I

I have the new Paperwhite SE and new matcha basic. I also have the Kobo Libra Colour but I am giving that to my Mum as the novelty of colour has worn off on me and she loves reading recipe books so it makes sense for her 😊 I think I’ll wait a few more years to buy another colour eReader. I still think all of them have this hazy, screen door effect that just doesn’t make sense for me, as I primarily read just B&W text and I want that sh*t to be crisp! 😂❤

I'm so conflicted if I should keep with my 2021 paperwhite or get the 2024 colorsoft. If I do use the black and white would it be exactly the same as the 2024 paperwhite signature edition? Since I wont always want the color on all the time. I'd love the auto light adjusting feature.
