It's a Kent TH7-6 race cam, I'm using the original flywheel and bottom end. The difference must be down to the combo of ITB's and tune. Cheers

This setup made 305 flywheel bhp

Thanks Rev limit is 8600rpm, power on this itb runner length was 305 flywheel bhp (optimistic dyno) though, this is about 40bhp up on my old stock bottom end f20c

I can't say exactly as I pretty much fitted them along with cams. I will say, optimising the total intake runner length can gain 15-20 ftlbs torque

Gearing is a tricky one, the 4.77 is fun but doesn't suit every track, the 4.44 seems a better option for stock power. I've driven a friend's face lift s2000 on ar1 no areo stock gearing etc and managed a 1.23.2, so my cars power/torque increase plus areo makes the difference (his car does have more understeer than mine) What are you using to record the lap times ? I can share vbox data from both my car and my friends for you to compare. Cheers

@@oneEYEziggy1982 i was just using track addict and race timer app on my phone. And confirmed with watching back the video. Our top speed into last corner is similar so I think it is torque coming out of bends. Just my gearing doesn’t work. I’ll go back later in the year with my haltech (255bhp map) plugged in and see where I can get to! Also can make more effort to carry more speed through the corners when I am in 4th to stay in the powerband. Cheers dude.

@@oneEYEziggy1982 did you do any testing on what difference your cams and itb setup made? And are you sending cold air to the trumpets?

It can be misleading to go off a phones GPS sensor or the cars mph if the modifry box has been fitted, I've been on track with a few s2000s and mine pulls away without a problem on the straights. It's making about 10bhp peak more than a stock decat but the midrange (5k-7.5k) is 30-40 ft lbs above stock. I personally tuned the car and tested multiple runner lengths on the dyno to get the best average power

Thanks for the comments, here is the spec F20c toda spec C cams, AT power itbs ME221 ecu j's racing exh manifold and custom 3inch twin loop (260bhp/180ftlbs) stock 4.1 final drive ohlins 12kg/10kg polybush apr gtc200 wing custom splitter stock arb's 225/255 Nangkang AR1 Ap racing bbk front, stock rear PBS Pro race front and track rear pads

Its mounted to a roll bar that is installed in place of the original hoops. I found on top of the secret compartment worked very well too. Cheers

With the original MY02 arbs that came on this car and 12kfront/10krear springs and other setup tweeks the front end has always been good. No doubt the overall potential laptime could be quicker with a revised setup and more front tyre. Stock gearing is pretty good on this track for me, going 4.4 or higher would probably not allow me to use 2nd (traction limit and high in rpm) and would potentially need 5th on the pit straight and park straight. Would be interesting to try, possibly more fun not sure if it would be quicker. Cheers

Cheers ! The rev limit is 9k via the me221 ecu standard gearing but 255/40r17 rear tyre which is just over 1% taller. Also are you looking at the caravan speedo or the GPS overlay to compare ?
