Feedback on Mazda CX-60 Purchase I purchased the Mazda CX-60 in March, and unfortunately, I have been facing several significant issues with the vehicle since then. While I had high expectations for the car given its price and the brand's reputation, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Frequent Recalls and Software Issues: Since the purchase, the car has been subjected to multiple recalls, and I’ve had to undergo several software resets. This has been both inconvenient and frustrating, as it undermines the confidence I should have in the car's reliability. Bluetooth and Settings Problems: The Bluetooth connection often fails to pair with my phone, and I’ve experienced ongoing issues with the car's settings not saving properly. This makes basic features like phone connectivity and adjusting preferences a constant hassle. Uncomfortable Seats: The seats are extremely hard and uncomfortable, especially during long drives. For a vehicle of this price range, I expected better ergonomics and comfort. Unfortunately, this has made road trips much less enjoyable. Perceived Quality vs. Price: Overall, the car feels overpriced for what it delivers. The materials and finish inside the cabin feel subpar and lack the premium feel expected at this price point. Given the sales performance of the Mazda CX-60 and the fact that the price has dropped by approximately $10,000 since my purchase, it’s clear that the car hasn’t lived up to its expectations, either in terms of quality or value retention. Overall, my experience with the Mazda CX-60 has been disappointing, and I feel that the car does not live up to the standards it promises. I hope Mazda takes these issues seriously and addresses them in future updates or revisions of the model.

What did you think about the car’s manual, I found the iSmart one, and one online, but both were very poor. Also I don’t rate the sound system, as far as I can see the car doesn’t have a graphic equaliser, so you can’t even try to improve it.

I was very happy with my Kia Ceed (pretty much an i30) until the rear subframe and lower control arms fell apart from rust. Just like a 70s Datsun.

I have one as a courtesy car. I wasn't supplied with the cables. it has averaged 27mpg in the last five weeks. The most i have seen is 44 mpg on a motorway run and the least being 9mpg around town. I like the car but think it would be better as a diesel

Is there a chance for your support in obtaining information from Mazda when the problem with the dual-mass flywheel in the CX_60 3.3l will be solved? At the moment, there is a conspiracy of silence and customers are being put off with this problem. I have a 3.3 diesel, a car purchased a few weeks ago from the 2024 IV model year. The clatter of the dual-mass flywheel is still audible, in the gearbox at 50/60 km per hour when changing gear there will be a whistle (the sound of slipping on the multi-plate clutch - but according to the service master it is the sound of the electric motor and the drive sprocket retracting :) although the other says it is the basket in the gearbox), the security systems are going crazy, and the steering system is probably from a go-kart - I am being put off by the service and by Mazda Polska - generally when it comes to these cars, there is a conspiracy of silence and they treat people like morons who were fooled and bought this crap. After two years, problems should be solved and not swept under the carpet. This is my 3rd Mazda - and certainly the last one, although they look nice, technically a DISASTER! One more thing - why is it that if a service interferes with a car, uploads new software, performs repairs during the warranty period, it is not visible to the customer anywhere in the form of a report/list of what was done??? The car is the property of the customer, not Mazda or the service, in my opinion all such actions should be documented and available to the vehicle owner. And the service should be liable if the technician/mechanic botches something. I supposedly had a zero inspection - I would like to know what activities were actually performed.

It's hard to find any serious drawbacks at this price. Amazing value for what it offers. All hybrid mid-trims of competitors are 27k+.

Nah! Sorry. Despite your assertions, the screen still looks like it's been plonked on the dashbard. Nowhere near as integrated as in something like the Hyundai i20. This Mazda 2 is simply a rebadged Toyota Yaris and has no identity of it's own. Shame, as the original Mazda 2 was a pretty car that drove very nicely
