Just wanted to express some feedback as a frequent watcher of Bachelor franchise recaps. It is a very saturated market with numerous very good podcasters filled with creative ways to recaps. I would recommend watching Game of Roses, Dear Shandy, Bachelor Fantake, Your Mom & Dad, etc. and you would see that most recaps work best as conversations with some type of format. Otherwise, this didn't really add anything to me. If you listen back, you would see that you spoke very fast, used a lot of repetitive words, and it didn't seem very well produced. I understand you're trying to grow a podcast but I think much work needs to be done. Best of luck!

The friendship/relationship thing is so hard to navigate! As a woman who’s often been “one of the guys” and tried making some of those friendships something more, I feel like I can relate to what you’ve been through with both Clayton and Justin more than anyone else in “bachelor nation”, where you genuinely care about someone but someone and get really close with them but somehow it just doesn’t work out romantically.

Talking aloud to yourself can be so therapeutic, and I am also a believer that we want to speak, what we want to attract. So I’ve learned to speak to a therapist (or aloud) to help process, but also speak a lot of positivity and goals and visions you have for your life, to help the brain “feel” actively! The best advice I've learned is think real hard about what they are and take the time to make a list of your non negotiables and stick to it. It's such a gift to yourself and will help you waste the least amount of time when dating.
