Hello, I am a fan of survival games but especially the construction of these... one of my favorites has always been Conan Exiles (with mods included, 1200h, of which 70% are built) I have managed to make very different themed constructions with very good finishes, that's why I think I have some criteria to give you my opinion. I have seen your other video where you have created a house and I really have to tell you that it impressed me much more, despite its size, much more than the castle. This one doesn't quite convince me, I don't know if it's because it's your first construction or it lacks finishes, but it doesn't convince me. I don't really like the towers, tall squares without middle windows... they are like pillars. neither do the roofs of the entrance towers. It's not a criticism, because I know what it costs and the hours, but I would like you to rebuild your castle to the extent you can and leave it up to the quality of the house. Do you think I am unfair, demanding or cruel in my comments? I hope not... I would like to see another video of yours with a reconstruction, thank you.

I was wondering if you have any plans you bring the FS22 Elk Mountain map into FS25 and would you just port it over or give it an overhaul? or are you done with FS for now?

played almost 9 hours straight but have no wall standing lol, lost my clothes etc because i died like 5 times before i landed somewhere in Trecassis (funny i can probably find your castle). Love the crafting etc as well, super nice castle men! thanks for the explanation as well, cheers

You have a nice voice and very calming. I just joined your channel. I agree with you about the exploring. The only thing I worry about in early access is the wipe. I dont want to build all over again.

Your side 'headquarters' I have a hard time believing you can actually get to when not in some form of admin mode. I keep getting my head stuck on things like that overhang you have over the stairs when I shouldn't because of either the size of the collider on character or on roofs. Especially the corner roof pieces there is a beam that is like a foot above my head that I get stuck on all the time so redid a chunk of my stairs to no longer use corner roofs.

Overlapping foundations in this game doesn't cause any form of z fighting of textures?

I wish some of the updates you mentioned like the train station idea were being updated to elk mountain 😂 Still awesome but I need that 4x in my life. Do you plan to take Elk mountain over to FS25?

No one is going to pay $40 a month for a MMO. $20 maximum. That's what EVE Online costs, and even less if you buy out in advance. Are there even any games out there that charge more than that?

Such an amazing combo - Hiking, Coffee, a bit of the word... and No Man's Sky! As a long time NMS player - how is it on the Steam Deck?

I haven't played this game yet, but one thing I don't like that I've noticed on a lot of the stone tower builds is the long, narrow windows or doorways. What's that about? Is that a design choice everyone is going for, or is it a flaw in the building system?

always start with Coffee brother.. nicely done. i try a bit of pax dei, but its too grinding, so i stick back to soulmask game, where i can have slaves to help me to grind, and even crafting better than the main char.

This is amazing! A great work of art in the first place and there's no doubt about it but also it looks and feels like a real castle. Everything makes sense, nothing is neither too much nor too little, it's not too big (!) everything has its purpose and the whole property feels like it was built for purpose not for looks and according to the resources at hand (vs having infinite resources like in the game). Great job, I congratulate you on this masterpiece and it is by far the most realistic looking and feeling castle I have seen so far! (And if you don't mind, I will use it as inspiration ^^) One tiny advice/piece of criticism if you were indeed looking to go for most realism: really high embrasures/arrow slits like you did in the big main tower/main castle (especially if they're meant to be windows) wouldn't have been built irl bc they give away an insane amount of heat and castles were already pretty hard to keep warm (hence the installation of wooden paneling/tapestries/drapes as insulation). They look really cool but kinda take away from the realism of the rest of the castle. I apologize for the un-asked-for and maybe unwanted explanation (because you may know already yet chose to do you instead), I don't mean any offense, on the contrary...

Such a nice place you have there :) It is fun to build and organize the bases, but the greatest challenges are when one puts down a single plot somewhere as a clan outpost on the other side of the world and fit everything in it. But yeah, this one looks cozy and lived in.

How is this only 3 plots? Im using 5 (including my spouse's 1 plot), exploiting all of them, and yet your base seem bigger

I keep finding myself interested in this game, but I haven't pulled the trigger yet (so to speak). I constantly hear how this game is NOT for solo players... How feasible is solo play in pax dei?

Do you have an actual portcullis for your gatehouse? I cant find the blueprint.

nice looking single plot build, i think if you had zoomed out on the timed lapsed build section it would have been more impressive.

So impressed with this build! I bought the master pack as well but am very aware that I'll likely not be willing to pay the subscription at the level needed to use all 4 plots upon release, so I'm always looking for ideas on space planning for a solo player. This build is not only incredibly efficient and functional but still beautifully designed aesthetically. Great job!

liked and subbed. i play solo most the time so i was waiting for a video like this before making a purchase. i don't like buying EA games but I'm so bored with everything after Elden ring DLC and throne Beta. Figured i will give this a try. Any tips for newbs like me are welcome

Not to be rude, but they should really allow for 40 bucks to have more than 1 plot. Or just make the plot bigger. The fact they are going to make stuff that takes even more room because their goal was max level 100 will make this game and already does make this game unappealing. 3/4s the active players on steam are no longer active. A builder game where you are going to be done building less than a month in is not much of a builder game. The clans build their large bases and now have nothing to do. A person with 1 plot will obviously be in the same situation. Im not going to upgrade im just going to buy something else during this steam summer sale.
