Lets Gooo!!! Slow muscle up unlocked! They were very clean too. Congrats Wrist pain is common with false grip on a bar, it gets less painful over time - but don't rush it. You can do dead hangs in a false grip to build it up. The calisthenics resource that has been the most helpful for me is "Overcoming Gravity 2nd Edition Exercise Charts" (google that and it should be the first result, it's a google doc). It has nearly every skill, sorted by muscle group and ranks their difficulty. But what's cool is that if you can do a skill at a certain level, you should have the strength to do the other movements in that level. The chart has been incredibly accurate for me. It said that I should be able to do L-sit clapping pullups. I had never done any clapping pullups, but when I tested them (and got over the fear haha) I was able to do them comfortably. It also showed me how close I was to a one arm pullup, so I decided to train for it, and got it. Keep it up 💪🏾

I love this style of video. Showing the process. Nothing but hard work. (ps. if you roll your knuckles over the bar slightly (semi-false grip), the muscle up is easier. It's the trick to those incredibly aesthetic no swing muscle ups.) (pps. try the slow muscle up! It looks really cool and hard, but it's very very easy (if you can already muscle up) - use a full false grip on the bar, keep your legs in front of you, pull up to your chest, roll over the bar. Pretty much same technique as a ring muscle up, just on a bar and slower)

bro how can you do so many sets in one workout? i try to do sets of 10 and the first set is easy. 2nd set im struggling to get 10, and 3rd i can only do 8. and im resting like 3 mins.
That is to be expected depends on your level of training, remember this workout is high volume . What you can do is drop the number of reps in order to complete all ten sets , and you will progressively increase it overtime due to you getting stronger. Try that out
