    I love this style of video. Showing the process. Nothing but hard work.
    (ps. if you roll your knuckles over the bar slightly (semi-false grip), the muscle up is easier. It's the trick to those incredibly aesthetic no swing muscle ups.)
    (pps. try the slow muscle up! It looks really cool and hard, but it's very very easy (if you can already muscle up) - use a full false grip on the bar, keep your legs in front of you, pull up to your chest, roll over the bar. Pretty much same technique as a ring muscle up, just on a bar and slower)
