Okay, this actually interests me. You are really good at making me watch the show again. You seemed really confident in this video compared to others but like the other people said in the comment, try avoiding the usage of informal words.

What is the occasion here? You were invited to give a motivational speech? Anyway, content wise is really good, but from the technical aspect, the camera should not be moving around too much and you should ask someone to change the slides.

I thought you were going to talk about Avatar the blue people at first, but nevertheless, when you are talking about something you are passionate about, you seem natural, after all, it is in your alley. You might want to change the camera position to somewhere more suitable, and try to be more persuasive.

Try to look steady and do not be nervous!

Clear expressions.Use a piece of paper that has a deeper/ brighter colour, so that even all the folds can be more clearly seen. make sure the paper is clean without any markings or print on them. make sure that when you speak, your speed needs to be even, not fast and slow, so that all your words can be heard.

Couch potato is characteristic. Potato is edible. When putting forth your argument, do increase your facial expression to convince, meaning have a less stoic expression, so as to appear more natural, because the expression is now only in your verbal speech.

The topic is what interests you, therefore your speech expression is more natural. Elaborate on strong and weak. In terms of physical, emotional or mental strength? I'm also wondering what you mean by fillers, which you perhaps need to elaborate further.

When speaking , turn away from the audience just to glance at the whitenboard, but turn towards the audience again whenever you want to speak. You can elaborate about your sisters, i.e. the exact name of the IPG , and school. Similarly with why you don't wear specs.
