You’re “wrong” on where to get the Pikachus. A really small amount was sold at the museum and online. I’d say at least 90+% of the amount is sold in february 2024 in toy stores where you could get a free Pikachu per person if you spended €29,99+

A universally loved by most for 25 years pokemon vs one thats been popular for what 5-7 years and only with younger generation. A card that ties back to one of the most historic paintings of all time vs a frog in the water..yeah there is no comparison. one has two mega popular culture icons and one is a frog ninja.

There is no comparison between the van Gogh Pikachu and that Greninja card. You might like the one more than the other, but the Greninja will NEVER have the same value as the van Gogh Pikachu. Never ever. People prefer Pikachu over Greninja any day, and the van Gogh is made after a famous painter/painting (compare it with the Munch Scream cards). Also very hard to get for people outside the Netherlands (We also got the card in shops when we would spend 30 euro's on Pokemon, so many of us have many), so WAY out of Greninja's league.

Man im so sick of this investment shit. Cant we just buy and enjoy cards for how they look without all this ridiculously value stuff. Thats the reason us normal people have to deal with the vultures that are scalpers. Money brings in rich pricks that have it so they can milk and drain those with less

Part of the issue with your assessment is you are not factoring in the Pikachu tax. Significantly more people want Pikachu than Greninja. It’s probably like 25-50x in terms of demand. Do I think Greninja could hit $100, sure. Do I think it will come close to that Pikachu, not a chance. With that said, you are correct that Greninja is probably a solid investment.

One thing I noticed, when Shin first met Lena on the battlefield, he told her that if she's on a hurry to die then it's better to not fight at all. And when Lena wanted to reply to him, she stepped out of the frame for a moment(the frame ratio in that scene is not 9:16, it was smaller so we can see Lena's shoe stepped outside the frame). I don't know what it symbolizes because I'm not good at this kind of thing. If anyone wants to share their opinion then I'll gladly hear it.

I know its a bit far stretched but the name "Milize" always reminded me of the german word "Miliz". A "Miliz" is a military force comprised of civillians/non trained military forces to either support the military or as some kind of last stand force. I found that so fitting to the overall theme of the show that i thought it had to be intentional

Just watched 86 for the first time this week and I’m so sad still no season 2!!

Transitions from everyday life to the war zone is so realistically painful. It’s just like Kyojuro Rengoku said in Demon Slayers. “It’s not uncommon where the friends you laughed with yesterday dies tomorrow”.

It’s sad that XIII got such a bad rap, that S-E stopped having female PCs in the single-player games entirely.

I always thought that 86 are the soldiers that died in the WW2 in the place of the French army , those were mainly Algerian , morrocan , Tunisian and other colonized countries man , who were send as low soldiers ready to be killed for the country ultimate glory, but for these soldeirs they were promised freedom for their country which led to them being killed and thrown in the scene lake when demanding it after the end of WW2 ( they were mainly Algerian ) Notice how in the 1st opening they zoomed on Tunisia , I don’t think that a coincidence and also st magnolia shares 3 of france slogan « equality, brotherhood and freedom », ironic how both countries done the most oppression advocate for these ideals 😉
