Bro, disc herniation hone pe they tell you to avoid flexion. But in this machine you are doing back flexion. Won't it cause more injury to discs?
No bro our primary goal here to squeeze it at upper back plus the machine is designed certain way that it helps with lower back

Just avoid anything that comes to your lower back and mostly go for light weight on machines and avoid any standing exercises do them sitting and lastly keep your core tight when you do any of these

After working in bad chair and sleeping in bad beds outside of my home, i got l4-l5 disc bulge. İnitially i also didn't believe it. O thought kuch bloat hai ya jaundice hua hai. I'm taking meds and doing heat and TENS therapy (current). Hope we all get well soon!

I have a herinated disc too and the doctor said I have to go to physchio therapy to try and fix it and pain meds I've been suffering for over 1 year now my legs and back go out on me alot of the times it sucks ppl never understands how painful the back gets with a disc I hope u recover very soon thanks for posting

Hey bro, I was going to gym from the last 1.5 year but 4 months ago while doing deadlift suddenly i realiesd some pain thought its normal stiffness but byafter sometime the pain changed to worse i consulted to many doctors. I took medicine but no change was there. i got a MRI scan and and after showing it to my doctor he said that i have a slipped disc at L4-L5 level the gap left there was only 8mm. I am taking the medicines from the last 2months of MRI but the recovery is very slow. My doctor is a neurospine specialist. I am not even going to gym. Suggest me something for fast recovery .....My doctor is saying me to take a injection which will reduce the pain or have a surgeory. What should i do brother? I have to change doctor? Reply

hey brother if MRI is fine then such tension mast lo mainly I think core and back thodha weak hai use strengthening exercises plus jab baithoge tho posture accha rakho and jaise video mai Maine bottle rakhi hai on lower back while driving tum ek hard pillow rakh do better lagega

How can some one come out of Disc herniation so fast just by doing one exercise I don't think so he had it... We never saw a mri on his video of disc herniation story... Of recovery
Hey bro I had it for sure The QI spine clinic conformed it plus it was very evident with the symptoms Luckily I had my coach who has great knowledge and had similar experience He’s the one who guided me to this exercise and now I have people messaging me about it I recommend them this and I legit have people telling me how they have recovered and felt better even uploaded stories where they say “thank you brother back to gym now” I only intent to help people cause it’s genuinely painful to go through a injury i obviously can’t deadlift like before but with correct form and my dedication I am always will try to achieve my goal of bodybuilding.
Also for the MRI part I was too traumatised to even do it if I could I will once I am out of it but I don’t think it was nice putting allegations of someone genuinely trying give motivation and help people to come out of injury I could send you screenshots of people how I gave them hope and always will do whoever it may be I even have called / voice notes / asked them their videos for form
