What are the upper body exercises which can be done 2 months post slip disc, pls suggest,
Just avoid anything that comes to your lower back and mostly go for light weight on machines and avoid any standing exercises do them sitting and lastly keep your core tight when you do any of these

And you’ll be fine with triceps cable

Avoiding rowing moments bro as it takes a lot of pressure on your lower and do more machines as much as you can
