Well, i had a period where i looked "normal"....well, KIND OF. But even then ppl hated me , SOMEHOW they FEEL that you are different. THEY REALLY DO! Like some animals they have a sense for it. Because, even when you look more "normal", your AURA is kinda different. Your moves, behaveour, your whole SELF- is RADIATING that diffenence. It really is! You see, my dad was an artist, he was no alternative, he was wearing jeans and T-Shirts and he looked like a Mick Jagger kinda type....even with 70 people called him "young man", because he wasn't like other 70 yrs old men. Even when he has no tattoos, piercings or weird kinda clothing. (well, for an older man even jeans and tight T-Shirt is kinda "weird", but anyway....) So i can tell ya, they FEEL it....when i was looking way more "normal", kids were still laughing....I am small, i was thin, a very nice face back then (now i'm a tattooed weirdo....) small mouth, big eyes, VERY childish face....and i was even then a rebel. Okay, i had red short hair , spiked on the top but that's all. But still, i was a weird loner and ppl on the streets FELT IT. It is not just the looks....it IS, but NOT ONLY....There are people who dress weirdly but still are "normies" and don't get starred at, because they have NO aura.

Same here!!!! Even if i don't go ANYWHERE (mostly i'm sitting at home and painting, i'm an artist, don't go out much) i wear FULL make up, weird DIY clothes, jewelleries. I do it for MYSELF, that's MY WORLD. I'm like that since ....EVER! Even as a lil' gal i liked to dress "different", then i became a punky / New Romantic / Goth styled teen, later i discovered tattoos, piercings, bodymod...now i'm 59 and weirder than EVER! I was growin' up in Germany but now i live in my home country Hungary, i get rude comments ALL the time. Earlier, ppl attacked ya on the street for being "different", now they are used to it because of the internet and this is a small town and ppl know me as an artist and they knew my husband (R.I.P.) he was a weirdo, a painter and he has a memorial in our town. But in the 90's and stuff it was dangerous to look like this......

That's something i also always ask myself! Some even ask : what tattoo should i get...? I mean...REALLY? A TATTOO is something that's PERMANENT ON YOUR BODY. A VERY , VERY (!) personal thing! And you ask STRANGERS? I mean...NO! I was always someone with a very unique personal style, since my teens, never followed fashion or other kids- IF there was something i liked of fashion i was wearing it but you know, kind of MIXED with my VERY OWN "new romantic" or "punky new wave"-style, so it became unique. I could NEVER do what OTHERS tell me, not even ppl who are my love ones....So , i think these kids of today all wanna look the same and what they do is all just for attention. Not EVERYBODY of course but those who ask something stupid like this!-BTW, i LOVE your vlog, i'm not a long time sub so i'll read it now "backwards" and lookin' out for your new ones. UH....I have an eyeball tattoo on my left eye /I'm a 59 yrs old female artist with a weird style, face tattoos, poiercings etc./ but even when i they made it (injecting tint under the layer that's on your eye white) i didn't feel it- not at all! Then, for 2 days it burned a bit like you have some sand in your eye and when i moved around the eye it hurt a bit, but afterwards it went well. Now it's totally normal i cannot fel anything AT ALL... So it must have been a forceful thing with you ....Strange!

Missed your videos and omg moving is such a pain. I just moved from my home in the country to live in London and my hair started to fall out from the sheer stress.

My dad changes his surname too back in 1987. I am hungarian so he was called: Sandor Zoltan Balassy. The first 2 names are first names, but you can also use as surnames. So my dad left "Balassy" away and became "Sandor Zoltan". I became "Eva Zoltan". Then i married, got a new name after my husband, i SHORTENED my name "Zoltan Eva" to ZOE (In hungary you say surnames first...) Then i attached my husband's name to it and became "Szilagyi Zoe", or as you say it in the west: "Zoe Szilagyi"- which is my artist name now since years, i use this as a painter too.

I am already 58, an alternative female painter from Hungary- growin' up in Germany, lived for 1 year in the USA / Colorado- i am tattoo faced, pierced, with DIY dreads, i'll have soon one eyeball tattooed too. I decorate and make lots of clothings for myself and i LOVE DIY ! I like to find unique people online we need more and more nowdays!

With the bathroom thing for me it’s not about ppl judging me but about the fact that hundreds of ppl have sat on that toilet seat and it’s so unhygienic I’d rather go in bushes lol

Cute dress! It gives me ideas on what to do with a few older pieces I no longer wear. I find draping and pinning on a dresmakers mannekin easier then draping and pinning on myself. My back won't let me us a sewing machine so I gave it up back in 2005; and now I hand sew everything. So worth the time to make clothes that fit my own personality.

Nice boots! Many years ago I had a pair of 1920s logger boots that had about 1000 lace holes per boot. Took forever to lace them up but the feeling once you managed it was incredible! as a teenager, i do not understand teenagers (and people who steal for no good reason (especially "for fun") are the worst, like i get stealing if you're desperate, but it isn't a cool thing to do)

at one of the high schools i went to, the girls would immediately turn the hand dryers on before they’d go into the stall to do their business. like i understand wanting noise if you’re about to nuke the toilet, but they’d do it for everything, it was so weird 🥴

1) It may be that they're afraid of social consequences for expressing themselves, but hopefully it's because they choose another way to express themselves and just want their clothing to blend in rather than stick out. 2) This probably isn't most of the people you're talking about, but I'm a non-passing trans woman and every time I have to use a public restroom I have to make a choice between humiliating myself or risking making others uncomfortable, both of which I hate doing. So in practice I only use gendered public restrooms if it's an emergency. 3) The iPhone business model is built in part on peer pressure: when two iPhones message each other, the messages come up in a different color and have more features than when an iPhone and Android message each other. Some people are really bothered by this, so they judge people who use Android. 4) Teens steal a lot because they want to rebel against authority but have enough empathy to know which crimes will hurt someone directly and which won't. Also, they're usually broke. I think hanging out in odd places has just always been a teenager thing; I know I did it as a kid but I don't really know why.

If I had extra hours in London I would go shopping for vintage and/or antique pins & jewelry... I like the touch that older crafted pieces add to my outfits. I hope your show is a good one.
