    Awesome. Such a natural, positive interview. What I love is that Seth doesn't challenge consumerism, he celebrates it as long as it's heart is in the right place and gives people joy.     Wow! Wow! Wow! Love this guy's brilliance, originality and being so open. That is not easy to be so transparent and not be afraid to reveal personal things about yourself.     Rapha doesn't price on a cost-plus basis. They price on a 'it's way more expensive than anything else basis' - that's the entire point of their pricing strategy. They will price themselves out of exitance with more closures. Rapha just has closed its North American office, but the brand's CEO says the area remains its North American headquarters. Strange they opt to remain somewhat there since Bentonville is sometimes called a "Mecca" or "Disneyland" for mountain bike riders.

    I can't see sales as a KPI anywhere. CTR, time on page, video completion? So all in all lots of vanity metrics.
