Jane I miss you !!!!!!

I’ve just started watching your videos again from the beginning and will work my way through them all again. This must be my 5th or 6 th time but I find they are the most inspiring ones on RUclips so a big Thankyou to you and Joe. X

Are you still vlogging . I found this this morning and enjoyed listening to you.

How much steam is it normal for this to produce coming out of the top? I tried using this for the first time today and I filled it up to the max point indicated inside. It almost immediately started to make the noise of the water reaching boiling and then it made enormous amounts of steam- which seemed rather concerning. Obviously steam has to release but the sheer amount of steam had me worrying this may not be normal and that there could be a risk of explosion, so I turned it off, just in case. Is this really normal?

I stopped using fry light. I sauté veg in water or stock until caramelised and for frying I emptied the fry light bottle and filled it with olive oil. X

Loved hearing about all your "kitcheny" stuff, and that rice cooker sounds awesome! Love Le Creuset too, and treated myself to a pink "Cherry Blossom" dutch oven (or something, not quite sure, I just call it a pot!) I gained 3 stone when I fell off the SW Wagon in 2016, which l'm blaming on now needing 2 new hips, but since February this year I've managed to lose 2. Congratulations Jane on your Woman of the Year nomination, and Joe, so happy you got to join group. Keep up the good work you two fab people, love it when you post, be it podcast or video. Hello Darling Twin Hi Joe. Well look at you two working the plan to your advantage and enjoying cooking now let me think where are my white coats I must send them to you both. Hello gorgeous lady! I haven’t even got to the end of the podcast yet but something you just said really resonated with me! You said don’t feel like you need to start again just keep going on the same journey!!! Pete my hubby has said a few times recently “just tell yourself you have had a lovely time eating and drinking whatever you want and now you want to reign it in a bit” so true. I am now 2 stone heavier than I was when I left SW back in 2019 and I keep trying to start over and falling off the wagon.. but this feels more hopeful so I am going to rephrase my self talk and tell myself that I have had a lovely crazy holiday and now I am looking forward to getting back in slow lane and off the hard shoulder and start enjoying the journey again! Right back to rest of the podcast! Big hugs xx
