I really love taking a Hitmonlee with Machamp. Helps to set up revenge kills on beefy setup cards like Charizard Ex, and Mewtwo Ex, who can both otherwise 1 hit Machamp (with a Giovanni, in Mewtwo Ex's case)

Yeah, people keed adding other stage 1 evolution to machamp deck which is bad imo. I use fossils to scare off the sabrina play

I run onix with brock instead of kang and it’s been great for me.

This deck is a brick machine, just always cherry picking the times it works for a video, RUclipsrs suck

From what I've gathered, going first is beneficial for Pokemon that evolve and either have low (one or two) energy cost or has an ability once evolved. You want to go second in most cases, though.

I only just realised Weezing Arbok is a Team Rocket deck, could even put Meowth for extra draw.

Misty is a terrible card. 50% chance to do nothing while taking up a slot in your deck and using up your supporter use for the turn sucks when it doesn't work. And it's not like getting a bad roll with a Pokemon attack. That card is one and done. Three others have more turns they get to continue to try if one turn isn't so great. Yes, when it works well it's crazy good, but 50% it does nothing, 75% of the time it gives at most one energy. So it's better than Brock 25% of the time lol I hate the inconsistency lol

Yah the current meta seems like smash with big monster as often as possible, I prefer my setup it might require setup but once I’m setup its win after win. I’m missing two cards to make my deck even better but that’s it Giovanni and Sabrina

I think Venomoth Beedrill is a better pairing. Skip the X-speed and bam. It's not a good deck, but it's a fun one

I think we'll see a Kingdra ex at some point, I don't think we're ever getting Rhydon in a form anyone wants to play. That being said though. Seadra currently sucks so Kingdra would have to make up for it.

Imagine my utter bafflement when I used this against the AI Pikachu deck to do the "only low rarity" challenge for it, just to find out that the promo Mankey has no rarity assigned and doesn't count for it.

I have to say thank you, being new to this I've no idea what I'm doing deck wise and I don't have all of the cards you have yet, but I've done what I can to make a similar deck and lo and behold I'm getting wins now, so thank you, more content like this please.
