Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family...
I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks...
@@AlilatTiamiyu Quitting may not be the best approach if you ask me. This is where an AI comes into the picture. I barely have time to trade myself as my job swallows up most of my time. *MARGARET MOLLI ALVEY*
@@IfranReinfeld Oh please I’d love that. Thanks!

I am a former Nashville resident now living in NC. I enjoyed looking at your video. However, two of the city pictures you show are Memphis and the MS River, not Nashville.
Much of the city is on a flood plain. It's a total tornado alleyway. Drunken tourists and rampant dystopian crime and grime. Traffic is hell. Gentrified just enough to virtue signal while you push the locals out and drive up the cost of living. Catch and release policies by the DAs office. The country music isnt near as good as the good ole days. Nastyville, the gilded shty!
so flooding is common and tornadoes in the city?
@heythere6983 middle tn gets tornadoes annually. Many of them come thru Nashville neoghborhoods and rip it up. And the Cumberland river snakes thru Nashville. Much of the city is on flood plain. And heavy rains will result in some frequent floodwatches and warnings.
@@FredPena-rd5cf I heard mold is an issue around there aswell but idk, thats a hard one to pin, most people dont realize they have mold in their HVAC because most people dont even clean the evaporator coils. I think my biggest concern nowadays is mold. Seems like a widespread problem that everyone overlooks until they develop sensitivites
@heythere6983 well it can be an issue. Ambient temp, lack of air circ, darkness, moisture, source of food as in material the mold can latch onto, all make the environment right for that.
California girl here living in Nash since 2014 (every CA people followed after🤦♀️🙄🤣)and I agree with your pro’s and cons! My mom is still in CA and she loves when it rains here and it’s like try living here and you’ll get sick of the rain😂 this city is bipolar I swear with the weather, also I 100% agree about traffic OMG it’s becoming a new LA and traffic back when I first moved here was nothing compared to now. I avoid some main roads for sure lol
It’s overcrowded and over rated, the infrastructure sucks, the roads are horrible. the cost of living is getting out of control, you need a car to go anywhere, there is no reliable public transit. I wish people would stop moving here, welcome to nashville, now go home.
Omg thank you! I’m so excited to move there!
I can confirm all the things he says. The current infrastructure can’t handle the influx of ppl moving here over the last few years. Downtown specifically Broadway is all bars geared towards the tourist trade. But there are a lot of cool things to do in around town if you can navigate the traffic and expensive parking.
So do we need our own car???
What's the name of the real estate company that you work for?
I’m from Inglewood
If your looking for a city with a country feel or a honky tonk feel. This place is it. If you are neither of these and don't identify as country then you can pass on settling down here and just visit atleast once in your lifetime.
But how's the parking in the city?
Parking sux and is expensive and they are aggressive about ticketing.
I have found this very helpful. When you mentioned the transportation in Nashville, I want to bring up that I am an Uber and Lyft driver and have my own car.. when I was on vacation in Nashville, I did Lyft driving to help cover driver shortage.
Glad it was helpful!
Hello, I am moving to Nashville this summer (July). I will work on Dickson and I'm planning on living in West Nashville (Near Bellevue) my commute will be ~30-40 min. That is my plan for now, I'm still figuring things out. Any advice?
I moved here in 86 and Nashville was a charming Southern town. Now it's a concrete jungle full of Chrome skyscrapers and standstill traffic
People are nice, but can’t drive. The infrastructure is the worst I’ve ever seen, its getting overcrowded and the 1940’s infrastructure can’t handle the population, the rolling blackouts during winter are fun. This place is way overrated and I don’t see why people move here, the cost of living is going up every day so you really don’t save money, the southern hospitality is slowly going away as it gets overcrowded. The weather sucks here, it rains a lot and tornadoes are no joke here. This place is way overrated don’t move here.
Florida is one of the main state people are migrating to Nashville from. Why is that?
Here is a idea. California is a paradise. So go back and fix it.
Nice tutorial but you never mentioned the 3 top places to eat, drink, coffee!! What are they?
I'm thinking about moving the surroundings of Nashville, but I don't see any contact information.
I'll bet you're not everyone is moving there it's mainly well off white people which I'm good with
There are 1 billion 100 million 200,004 videos exactly like yours on the subject and I've watched them all and finally I finally got to one it was well done
What is this guy smoking I'm supposed to relocate based on coffee and donuts
Wait how is closing your schools down for covid and characteristic of a good school district
My sister and I want to get married I heard that you can do that in Nashville is that true?
It was a lot better 20-30 years ago. All of it. We are 30 minutes north and rarely go to downtown anymore. 👎
i'm heading back to nashville after living in Idaho for a couple years for a job, ironically that's why I left...
hey honest question, are people racist? I'm mexican living in Miami and thinking of moving there.
traffic can't be worse than Miami traffic!!! Thinking about moving to Nashville :0
Wasn't expecting to hear my city (Lauderdale) called out on a vid about Nashville 🤣🤣 i knew i was here for a reason
What about mosquitoes
Fuck bro.... Thinking of leaving California, not ideal to raise my kids (4years old and 2) and one starting school next year, with all these liberal cities and their policies, I have a home where I could have about 250k in equity to put on a home but I'd want a home I can have paid off. Is there any ideal ways I can buy a home for under 300k that's I'm an all right area? I currently live in the ghetto, and yeah my home is worth a shit ton. Idk why but yeah,
Im planning to move to Nashville next year, im mobing from Toronto canada Im so excited and uncertain at the same time.
it can't be worse than Austin or Houston, been in both, Houston is a nightmare
I have a friend in Nashville that lives around Fang and I was looking to move in with him and his husband. I'm currently living in Palm Coast, FL and I hate it. The majority of jobs are retail and food service that don't pay a living wage. I make an average of $1,300/mo. and the cheapest apartment I've found starts at $1,400/mo. I'm disabled and am unable to drive. I mainly use a bike to get around and good sidewalks are just about everywhere. The problem is trying to cross at intersections. I've nearly been hit at least 6 times in the last month. People do not care about pedestrians or cyclists. I've had the crossing signal come on and people squeal their tires and burnout just to avoid having to wait 3 seconds for me to cross. A few nights ago I was on my way home from work. it was around 10:30pm and I get the walk signal, I start walking my bike across and a guy runs a red light and turns right in front of me. If I had been on my bike or been walking faster, he would have killed me. There's still a lot I need to learn about the city but this was a good starting point to get some basic info; thanks.
Crap. This is really making me rethink my move next year.... I really appreciate all of the hard work you put into this video, thanks for the information!
Tennessee isn’t the south, it’s the Middle East of the us🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
LMAO - I agree on the potholes 😆😆😂🤣🤣
Hi Brett! Thanks for making these videos they are a big help. Looking to move to Nashville in June, I work remote. Need help with locations?
Haha wish those gas prices where that much now.
Ain’t that the truth
Moving to Nash from Seattle (born) in about a year The only thing I’ll miss about Seattle is the surrounding natural beauty, REAL mountains, forests, wilderness, lakes… Everything else here is ruined because of hard left politicians
Stay and fix your problems.
Is there a personal property tax in Nashville?
The Interstate or Highways are the worst part of the traffic because people automatically become road raging lunatics that shoot at you car for no reason. This is the normal here just look it up on the internet. It's sad that people are so angry and out of control. I only take side roads literally everywhere. It takes longer but that's cool for me.
Good job, Brett!
If I can afford a 4 bedroom in Downey California and my mortgage is 4500 a month plus bills. Not to mention gas is around 5.50. Then yeah Nashville seems super cheap like the rest of the US. But are there liberals there? And how do we go about getting rid of them? It's the only reason I want to leave my homestate. I'm tired of watching bums take a shit, fuck, and jack off on main streets. 😤
Say absolutely one more time 😁
Absolutely
How hard it will be for non US citizen to move there ? Im 29 years old and realy wanna move there
Imreally thinking of relocating from West Palm Beach, Florida to Nashville. Thank You for this video
Allergies are bad, but compared to other negatives, it isn't even close to a top bad thing. Nashville used to be called the 15-minute city, because you could drive anywhere in the city in 15 minutes. It takes 15 minutes just to get out of my suburban neighborhood, and that's when there are no wrecks. In the past two weeks, two separate incidents on I-40 heading west have taken an 8-mile commute home and extended it past 90 minutes. Not having trash picked up for two weeks and having recycling discontinued isn't all that nice either. Raccoons got into our trash that wasn't picked up and spread it out all over the driveway. We paid a gigantic 34% property tax increase for considerably less services. Our socialist mayor fiddles while the city burns.
I’m thinking of moving here. Im a Denver native, though, and am worried about not liking some of the changes, such as legal marijuana. I have been spoiled. But I just want a fresh start and I visited Nashville earlier this year, and thought it was pretty cool! It’s either Nashville or the Pacific Northwest… I’ve been watching a lot of videos and yours have been pretty helpful. So, thank you!
Seattle is Dying here, don’t bother
Im from Indian I and i move to Nashville about 5 years ago you missed the part about traffic and people driving terribly
I'm looking to rent a place in East Nashville this upcoming January. My question is, how far out of the city are the scooters accessible? What neighborhoods would you recommend for musicians looking to get into the scene in downtown Nashville?
