I am homeless after an awful divorce of 20 years. He stole everything. We are often the victims of narcissist. I ended up in atlantic city due to resources. The sht u see out here in the hood will parilize infj. The good news is i literally have dodge bullets due to my intuition. One example? I was working in a corner store for 2 years. I had to quit because of the overwelming knowledge something was going to happen. A week later a 19 year old was sh0t right in front of my register. Being an infj has been both a blessing and a curse. The pain in the hood drains u like ive never been in my life. Crippling.

I think most younger Infj are more empathetic but as they grow they become sigma.

This is my personality type and the solution to climate change is none because it's mother nature, the earth is flat and has a firmament, God and the Bible are real and true, NASA is a film studio, you are special right here, right now. This is likely the most accurate summation of my insights (struggles) and external desires I've been witness to, yet. Am I infj? Is the MBTI an accurate descriptor of the characters portrayed? How heavily weighted are the benefactors and/or detractors of personality classification within that scale? Yeah. All indicatiors are leaning towards. All internal disputes suggest positive attribution. Hell, I've heard it from across the damn room under the din of machinery while focused on a task from a third-party conversation that was never intended to include me. Where that man found his information, I'll never know. Thank you for focusing on accuracy. I say this in regard to the negative(?) aspects of the personality. It's not a bed of roses. In real terms and in metaphorically significant observance (i hate having to indicate that) I planted my yard with all but roses, so that my wife would have butterflies and hummingbirds visit. Nothing eats roses. (Earwigs yes) Back from the metaphor, there are more factors that will denigrate or detract from mainstream society than will intergrate. Why this is, I'll never understand. This is perhaps acceptance, a confession. Whatever that barrier stems from, is beyound me. At this point in my life, it maybe acceptance. I am seeking opportunity to be a presence in hospice, or a deterrent for misguided youths. In neither case do I care. Perhaps wrongfully, to or for, myself. To either cause, it demands honesty to be fair. If it were a mark on this Earth that my life may make, it would be to have others question why WE follow leaders that are so obviously pressing US to what is an inexorable demise. God love the poor and willing, and please neither those between. I am agnostic, and still ask. If you CAN digest that, you are likely on the path to self discovery. Be warned for a period of self seclusion, long term doubt, hopefully an interlude of psychedelic infraction with long periods self reflection. And then there's the ever present diminishment of perceived reality. Yay. Have faith if you've made it thus far. If not, perhaps you should go tend to your roses. Yep, near to nuts. Welcome. A little love and a hug. That's fucking sympathy and wrapped all around them infjs. Don't abuse it if you're not. Had an istj tell me he could force me to question reality. That was a GRAND fucking chuckle. My house. I apologize for posting this, it's likely too fractured for most to see focus. I'll drop the imaginary coversation, with apologies. Keep learning. You're a foothold away. An edit here. Moments after the posting this commentary, I received a call back from a hospice organization. It is not random, I initiated. Yet, quite peculiarly incidental to the moment. Never would I deny the pure possibility of chance. But to be the bastard that denies correlations to cause, well. That's my edit. Look for hopes.

Namaste, I agree with all that.

I've gotten both on personality quizzes even on the same quiz if I changed an answer because I felt both were correct so this is very interesting.

The part that hit me the most is about long-distance communicating (the last point). I feel like I do much better in person than by phone and text, especially when it comes to debating. I personally prefer having a friend in person; but in my world, all I have is by phone and texting. It's a drag!

Why is difficult to be an INFJ? Complex cognitive functions: we have to learn, we have to understand and we have to decode our cognitive functions. It’s not simple, it means hard work every day in ourselves in order to understand how our cognitive functions works. Highly sensitive: we have to learn about our sensitivity, we have to learn and understand and manage our sensitivity. Friendship and understanding: we are introverts and independent, this means we don’t depend on people, we think by ourselves, we don’t expect people to understand us. Perfectionism: is a process every INFJ needs to understand, we hurt ourselves, and it’s a process we have to go through and understand it. Work: in my perspective, Remote jobs, is a blessing. Why is difficult to be an INFJ: we have to go through a complex processes, and we don’t ask for understanding, we work in ourselves every day.

To acton vision can be exhausting and inconvenient ,but I am thankful everyday for being an INFJ. Also, I have learned to ask a seriesof questions to reveal detected selfishness in the name of advocacy.

I fit all of these traits to a Tee. At 58 years old the craziest thing is that I have NEVER thought of myself as being intimidating. I treat all people with the same level of dignity and respect. I only recently had a friend mention this to me and it blew my mind. Looking back though, I can now understand why- as just being quiet, intentional and non conformist shows depth of character and a level of mystery that makes others uneasy. Jeffrey Z. in SC

The issue of exhaustion is the biggest obstacle. I will say that the only way to resolve this is on an individual basis because my method of dealing with it it would not work for even other INFJ because it’s situation base, but you need to find a way to make sure you recover your energy. I come to understand that mental energy creates an exhaustion very similar to physical exhaustion. The problem is is that people can’t see it on the outside and it’s very difficult to explain. I don’t think most people truly understand what mental exhaustion truly means between our cognition and empathy

I just love that aspect of it because it’s like yeah it is awesome being an INFJ but man it really does suck the paradoxical nature of our lives. Most people would not be able to understand. I don’t fault them for that. I just don’t wanna be judged for my uniqueness and if somebody does, I snap back now Don’t mess with the snake Or it may bite ya; metaphorically speaking of course 😂

I think INFJs are kind of useless from a business perspective. They have the wrong goals and are introverted.

I can be kind and empathetic but if you overstep my boundaries you will encounter a beast but I look for successful results in business not causing trouble I am a peaceful warrior who has been through the fire coming out wiser and phenomenal while building a thriving and flourishing team empire

People say I do not talk enough but I can thrive in extroversion I love the spotlight but don’t crave it yes I am an infj who has world class products in a vast array enjoy my company now because tomorrow I will be working in silence you could categorize me with the sleeping giants

I‘m an INFJ, made the Test several times. Later with the age of 54 I‘ve got diagnosed first with ADHD and then with Autism.

Have you encountered false INFJs who see how rare this personality type is and want to feel unique. I see through their lies and both pity them and am envious of them. It is a gift and a curse being an INFJ. I rarely encounter anyone who i can communicate with at my level as most people i encounter are too shallow. However i have an intrinsic need to help other people even if i realise it may be a waste of time in the long run. Invariably people will not meet my standards and i end up despising them.

I wish I could show this to my partner but the way he is he really wouldn't care. Not to mention he would overstep my boundaries I've already separated myself from him he doesn't understand I need time to myself but he wants to assume that I'm talking to somebody else when I'm not. For instance when I get off of work, sometimes I take the scenic route home instead of the highway even though it's a little longer because it's a way for me to deflate after work and believe me working in retail takes a lot out of you, especially when you have to deal with people everyday, all day. Instead, he wants to assume that I'm going to see somebody else, which there is no one else it's just me in the car by myself . One thing that I wish they would have mentioned but I know it was a top 10 was the fact that going along with the part where they were talking about lies and inconsistencies is that if a partner keeps lying to them or treating them poorly we get to a point where we just can't take it anymore and once we are done with them that's it there's no going back. I don't know if that's a woman thing or if that is specifically an infj thing, but for me, that's how it is.

Those who get me are connected for years. I know I’m intense. Some appreciate this. Holding back on advice is my superpower. When asked, I’ll politely speak. It is often very appreciated.

i fell out with a close friend over a year ago and inside the last week i have passed him in 3 different locations , 100 miles from where i live, 40 miles from where i live and today 5 miles from where i live. we live in towns 15 miles apart. and we past 3 times in vehicles inside 1 week and the previous 52 weeks i hav'nt seen him once.
