Well training for quads is a bit different and someone that starts that late just usually doesn’t have the physical power to achieve a quad jump , but triples and doubles definitely.

I personally use lululemon leggings to put over my skates and it works fine i mean ya, they dont go fully over but they cover my laces, so thats all i care abt
