Hi, if you go to just Osaka and Kyoto for 2 days, Kansai Mini Pass is more than enough, but take note mainly just JR line and not the subway. If somehow, subway is necessary for some attraction, just use the transport IC card like ICOCA card or SUICA. But if you find yourself taking more subway lines than the JR line, i would recommend the Kansai Railway pass as it provide unlimited subway rides for both Osaka and Kyoto, but it cost more. Hi, Yes you can visit the jewel but after clearing immigration. But if you want to visit jewel, 1) you must clear the immigration. 2) submit the SG arrival card. If you need to collect your checked luggage from your flight into Singapore, you still need to clear immigration before collecting your luggage. After collecting your checked luggage, you can go to the departure counter to check-in your next flight first, before visiting jewel. After check-in your luggage, you can visit jewel.

Sadly yes, no rinkai line. But if odaiba area, the Yurikamome line is available.

This pass don't bring you to mt. fuji but for odaiba, you can take the Yurikamome line under the pass.
