    Thank you for the Information working on my 9th year next to BLM S.OR Overlooking Rouge Valley wild life all around 6 acres I reside on is half fenced half not & everyday you learn , have few goats ducks chickens dogs . keeping us alive & safe . wooded hillside . more please thank you.

    Don’t stop with offering classes. Offer trained crews that actually get their boots on the ground. Be more than monitors and Primadonna’s. Serve the public who pays you not the organization who hires you. Your time in the office, booth, or other work location should be divided equally with hours actually doing physical work in the field with tools in hand not monitoring others work activities.
