This area will have Air Force Base noise form planes flying over. The State is in a deficit and has NO commitments to expand highway 12 blood Alley because of all the head on crashes or 113 that also has lots of deadly accidents, two lane with lots of Big Rigs traveling through on pot hole roads. Just from this development to get to Cordelia or Freeway 80 takes 45 minutes during the week. Add that on top of all the other traffic. It is not near Amtrak. There is NO BART or plans for BART expansion into Solano County. Plus. DROUGHT. This area is prone to Drought. One almond farm water source is not enough to meet 400,000 population. Not to mention they have been unable to add highway expansion because of protected species. We have ptotect d Marsh lands. Next to this development, the only main highways is 12. there are 3 two lane bridges that take you towards Stockton or Highway 5. The go up and down based on water way traffic. There are commuyera who work in Solano and drive to Stockton. 1 accident it bridge issue will impact their drive up a 20 mile stretch as much as 3 hours one way. There is NO infrastructure to support the area around this proposed development. The STATE has NOT committed to addressing these very BIG issues. Transportation, water for this development and HIGHWAYS. These jobs he proposes are getting advertised as 80,000a year. Old houses in Solano are mid 500,000. New development is starting in the 600,000 plus. That wage per year will not afford a home in this market. Residents are for growth but smart growth. This isn't it. Look how people who are like minded ruined the housing and affordability of the rest of the Bay. We would not have people commuting from Modesto to Fremont or Palo Alto if it wasn't for these guys bright ideas. Housing was once affordable bin the Bay Area.

It’s funny how the very idea of solving most of the biggest problems in the world at once (with ai) could lead to a catastrophe. We are all being held together by an equilibrium of tensions from our problem-solution contracts with others. If the need for one of those contracts gets resolved, it’s like a tension cable whiplashing out, to the detriment of others who depended on those connections. That could escalate to big snowball. As it is the case of google getting rid of the need for blog websites, to the detriment of businesses that thrive with organic or paid seo. In the ideal world, browsers would not exist because visual interfaces are not the fastest or the most convenient experience for information retrieval possible. Humanization of AI is necessary in my opinion. Most people are not technically savvy, they need to talk to a computer like a person and converse in a natural manner to feel comfortable using it beyond just small tasks.
