I like the idea behind most card choices. I’d just swap metalgrey ace for bt14 skullgreymon.

I tried running Promo Agunimon + AncientGreymon combo to play out more Tamers, and I threw in some Analog Youth as well. Helped me a lot with early aggression and accelerating my win condition. I'll give your build a try.

It seems like we went completely different ways here. I actually play more searcher rookies and don’t have as many DP inheritables. Instead I opted for a more rookie Rush style and I am running more Greymons. 4 of the white one, 4 of the Memory gain one, 2 of the security attack one, and 2 of the BT 14 one. Weird perhaps but I am running more rookie support and can apply a ton of pressure early on. I am not running the Metalgreymon Ace but instead 4 Skullgreymon. It gives me removal and a floating effect into an Agumon that gains rush. I can then Digivolve that Agumon into an Agubond to close out matches. Edit, No Crimson Blaze? I run two of them.

Hello guys, it's me again (the bee deck fixer) and I'm back with another super long-winded text block. You should know I am a Pulsemon stan and it really hurts my feelings when you call the deck trash (imagine me sobbing and sniffling uncontrollably; rivers of tears and snort running down my face as I furiously type this). Don't get me wrong, I understand that Pulsemon is not a competitively viable deck and shouldn't be used in a serious tournament setting; I hold no delusions about that. However, I think you three grossly exaggerate how bad the deck is, as it actually has a lot of things going for it. I know it's done for the sake of comedy, but seriously if you want a hopelessly bad deck with NO redeeming qualities to bully, Ravemon is right there (sorry Ravemon enjoyers). For starters, I think Pulsemon has a unique playstyle in that it's highly flexible/adaptable in a way other decks aren't. You guys label it a control deck which isn't necessarily wrong, but I think it's more accurate to call it a toolbox deck. Pulse incorporates cards of many different colors (and thus playstyles) allowing it to respond to anything your opponent might do (a "tool" for every occasion), at least in theory. For example, Pulsemon has great protection and that's due largely to the black Namakemon (seriously this is one of my favorite cards in the whole game, I really hope it gets an alt art in a tournament pack or something). Between it, Boutmon, and Barrier you can make a body virtually unkillable some turns. On the flipside of that, Pulsemon has basically ALL the removal. Dp neg, bouncing, even de-digivolve you name it we got. Lastly (and Chris even acknowledged this himself) Pulse's memory gain is insane. Seriously, I've never played a deck that just gains memory for absolutely no reason the way Pulsemon does, you'd think it was a blue deck. I've gone from 1 memory at start of turn to 7 without the memory setter and before making any actual plays. This can allow the deck to use all that free memory to really pop off...or at least it should. Sadly, this is the part of the essay where I have to discuss the flaws of the deck or rather "flaw" coz there's really only one, but it's a BIG one. This deck has *NO* aggression. Pulsemon can poke, prod, stall, and drag out games, but it can't actually *end them* , and that's solely the fault of the lv 6's. You go through all the trouble of getting your security to the holy number 3 and ramping up to your to lv 6, just for it to sit there and glare at your opponent. This deck has *4* megas and none of them can finish the game because they're all passive and/or reactive, when they need to be *proactively* clearing the opponent's security (except Achillesmon, but he's not good enough). It's not even that they're bad they just aren't *game enders*, this deck NEEDS a proper boss monster. The cruel irony is that the original Kazuchimon from BT7 would actually fill that role perfectly. It can swing for two checks, unsuspend with the lv 5s' inheritable then swing again...except it can't because it doesn't have "pulsemon" in text, so it doesn't synergize with the deck at all. It's such a kick in the teeth, but I guess that's what happens when the original Pulsemon line and the modern iteration released two years apart. So, like I said in the beginning, Pulsemon isn't *currently* a viable deck, but its only by the slimmest of margins. I honestly think it's just one wave of decent support away from, if not becoming top tier, at least being a solid meta pick along the lines of Tyrant or Mother. BT 20 may be that wave as all the cards they've revealed so far are amazing for the deck. Especially the Fenriloogamon: Budokai Tenkaichi Ace, as it honestly feels to me like it was made primarily for Pulsemon this time around. You can technically play the BT17 one, but it's pretty clear Bandai REALLY only meant for it to be played in the SOC deck. However, like I said, it really all comes down to the new Kazuchimon that has yet to be revealed as of typing this. If it's just another passive wally playstyle then the rest the cards are all for not. Honestly, I'd love it if they just made a modernize power crept version of BT7 one, as it's already close to perfect.

By far Agubond is my favorite deck in the game. Your original Agubond deck profile helped me get into the Digimon tcg and I’m so glad to see you cover it once again

I'm curious on your thoughts of the BT14 Skullgreymon. I would think being able to use the deletion effect consistently and play out an agu with rush would be great for win con. I'm also really glad you made this because I have been struggling with finding something for my list for a while now

It didn't end up mattering, but they guy had 7 names in the gates already, because the dupilicates of gates count for one of them. He had Ogudo 1 turn sooner, and didn't have to risk losing.

Would love to know how Brandon feels about Melga with the LM stuff. I’ve had a lot of fun with gabubond ace and blue scramble at my locals. Leave the Matts unsuspended and scramble out gabu x to tap Matt and gain memory, then unsuspend and do it again. I’ve gone undefeated and even won against some of the toughest matchups like angels and ace decks like Omni. Fun stuff.

You can play the boultmon out off of the nightmare soldier lvl 7 bc when you dna play 10 total play cost of nso digi from trash but yea kinda hurts no on play

Do you have an updated list for this? I been play testing with leviamon but I haven't had any success with it. Maybe I'm playing it wrong I'm not sure, I'm using the dark animal package as well but in all my testing I have not been able to summon any leviamon or it's x counterpart. Any help is greatly appreciated

Don't you think the new Gankoomon X is overpowered? I'm surprised that wasn't said when you discussed the card. Think about it: Your Level 5 will play a Sistermon, Gankoomon will play a Sistermon, Gankoomon X will give the whole board protection from Digimon effects, and then Gankoomon X will go into Jesmon X and probably take 3 security. The next turn, unless the opponent has really good option card removal, he won't be able to respond, and the Gankoomon X player will be able to just swing with his bodies for game.

Since you asked, my channel is Digimon Development, I posted a bunny list as that channel here a long time ago. I like making "project" decks (not meta but they're doing their best). My next video is going to be Tyrannomon once EX8 comes out and I get the cards. I realized it could actually be a Ragnaloardmon turbo ramp deck by using the BT17 Agumon Dinomon and the BT11 Rusty plus a prayer or three. Your old Wargreymon/Dorbickmon deck inspired me. (I did build it back in the day! It was fun.) As far as Nume goes, after further testing, if you think you might face purple hybrid for the love of God find room for a couple of Venus. You can probably cut the Waru and a Valk for them.

On the tekemika question, with scramble you only need a single Skull Baluchi in trash or hand to climb the whole way. Cause even if the Op pass to you at one and you have no Cracker Fang or Skull Baluchi in hand you can still just stack Skull Baluchi then play Looga > Eiji goes to 2 evo into a lvl 4 goes to 0, then Soloogar pitch skull baluchi full combo.

New Jesmon GX can be used in magnamon X armor since the lvl 4s are also royal knights 😂.
