This is actually a winnable match for Terriermon, but definitely difficult because of the DP reduction. You really need to play around that if you can.
I mean ... every match is winnable but the odds were not on Terrier's side, for this particular one, having Sean on the other side makes it less likely. Going back to the matchup, I wouldn't bet on Terriermon on this one because Shinegreymon can easily prevent it from establishing any board presence, as you can see here: 3:42 and here: 6:30, these are standard plays for both decks, and with minimal effort Shine came on top
@@JLinusVanPelt yeah, Sean is definitely a skilled player. My strategy would be to set up memory boosts and Double Typhoon to go for a big play that clears board, but that doesn't help much if Shine gets in the 4-5 check turn.
@@benjaminwiseman6567was gonna say that's a lot of set up against a deck that can kill you out of nowhere and set up enough advantage whilst doing so they might be able to stabilize even if you stave off lethal

Ukko being so splashable that its in shine of all things
I hate that but ur right. Ukko is an ugly design, powerful and generic. Lesser cards cards have been banned already 😑
I think this qualified perfectly for a: "You guys wanna see a dead body?"
I actually realized it probably should have been one a little too late into the production of this one after I'd already done the commentary lol
Damn this looked so smooth with the ukkos, kinda disgusting with agu that animates marcus, so many bodies on board its crazyy.
"I guess they all look the same." D :
Shine has been one of those decks I KNOW I'd enjoy, but I'm too lazy to build it.
I've been like this for a year.
Just do itttttt

@enigmaticheart666 I'm a Terriermon player, and I have pulled it off myself, but yes, it's difficult.
Hated Shine when i was first starting to get into the game. But I'll take it over Mirage, Vaccine, 7GDL, or Lucemon lol
